Have had the carers from Respectful Care for 3 years to look after our Mother. Very happy with their service, efficiency and attention to detail. Always easy to contact and any queries swiftly sorted. All staff very polite and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend them.

I have been receiving support from Respectful Care for nearly a year now. All the carers have been very helpful and nothing is too much for anyone. My family have also recommended Respectful Care to friends and family that have needed someone.

Respectful Care have been looking after my mother for 2 years. The care given is outstanding - from the carers and office staff. Everyone is very supportive and goes above and beyond. Mum is extremely pleased with the care she receives on a daily basis. Nothing is ever too much to ask.

The actually care staff out in the field cannot be praised enough they are caring hardworking individuals sadly let down by poor management in the office office staff don't really care about the clients especially if ure council funded. Will expect u to work to their convenience ignoring. The fact client was on insulin. Poor management on the whole let down the care staff. And it's such a shame one office member extremely rude to my family causing great deal of anguish. Formal complaint to social services submitted

I have been with Respectful Care for a few months now and I have foud it to be very professional and friendly from the assessment to care carried out. The carers are all lovely and go above and beyond and have time to chat to me. Brilliant service so far.

Mum has been using Respectful care for a couple of years now and everyone is just fantastic. From the original meeting to starting the care package the process was extremely smooth and very quick. The carers are just amazing, they are always smiling and happy to help and accommodate any changes. The office team can change timings to suit with a little notice which is always so helpful. We've had to have a couple of breaks due to hospital visits but as soon as we've been ready to start again the carers have picked up where they left off and have always been really happy to see mum. Mum has always been really happy to see the carers too. The consistency of the same carers makes such a huge difference. We never have any issue getting hold of the staff in the office and from our experience the staff and the carers always go through extra mile. It's great to know our mum is in safe hands. Thank you

Respectful Care have been brilliant with my Aunt. They are very professional and caring and have managed her complicated medication regime really well. They have also been amazing with dealing with my Aunts dementia issues. Thank you x

My mothers previous Care Provider left at short notice, Respectful Care stepped in very quickly to help us. The support team were very helpful ascertaining Mum's needs and liaising with the OT. The Carers have been marvellous, supporting Mum with the change and helping to maintain her routine, building up rapport with her and liaising with the family.

I can't recommend Respectful Care Highly enough. The care, dedication and empathy shown by their staff staff allowed my mother to remain at home for 18 months longer than she otherwise would. The attention to detail an the extraordinary friendship and compassion they showed towards my mother went beyond what could reasonably be expected. For a short period my mother had NHS provided carers after a brief hospital stay. The difference between the NHS provided carers and Respectful Care was like night and day. It says it all in the name, Respectful Care always go that extra mile when its necessary. Thank you for enhancing my mothers life whilst she was stil at home.

Respectful Care came to me for 4 weeks after a road accident. Everyone that came was really friendly, putting you at ease . Nothing was too much for them and we would have friendly chats while they were working. I would not hesitate in recommending them for all of your care needs.

Respectful care have supported Mum for the past 2 years. I, along with Mum, have always found the carers to be extremely kind and caring. Any issues are always dealt with by the office and management to ensure Mum can remain at home.
