Respectful Care Nottingham North

Used Respectful Care to look after my mother in law after she was diagnosed with Cancer. They provided care throughout the day and were flexible around her ever changing treatment times. The care staff provided were brilliant and went above and beyond. On more than one occasion the staff sat with mum when she was upset. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Respectful by name and certainly respectful in person. Would give more then 5 stars if I could.

First-rate care and exceptional support during a difficult time

We have used Respectful Care Nottingham North for several years, initially for intermittent care for my father and later transitioning to 24/7 care as his condition progressed.

The service we received throughout this journey was first-rate, and the quality of care was truly exceptional. The carers are very special individuals who consistently treated my father and our entire family with the utmost respect, dignity, and kindness.

A special mention must go to the Managing Director, Karl, who was always available, swift, and thorough in all of his dealings with me and my family. His leadership sets a wonderful standard for the company.

We simply cannot speak highly enough of Karl and his team. They made a profound difference for our family, and we would definitely recommend Respectful Care Nottingham North to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate care.

I have been receiving support from Respectful Care for nearly a year now. All the carers have been very helpful and nothing is too much for anyone. My family have also recommended Respectful Care to friends and family that have needed someone.

Respectful Care have been looking after my mother for 2 years. The care given is outstanding - from the carers and office staff. Everyone is very supportive and goes above and beyond. Mum is extremely pleased with the care she receives on a daily basis. Nothing is ever too much to ask.

The carers have always gone above and beyond and are very understanding of her needs. The office team have also been very helpful in terms of accommodating call times. Nothing is ever too much to ask.

Respectful care have supported Mum for the past 2 years. I, along with Mum, have always found the carers to be extremely kind and caring. Any issues are always dealt with by the office and management to ensure Mum can remain at home.

I think Respectful Care are brilliant and made the transition an easy journey from old company to Respectful Care. All staff are lovely, have built a strong bond with staff and they go above and beyond.

I have been a client of Respectful Care North for a number of years, and I have never been disappointed either by carers or office staff. Everyone is caring and interested in listening to you. The Manager is a wonderful leader, along with the Care Coordinator they are brilliant at their jobs and handle all concerns with compassion and understanding. The carers I have had are outstanding. My daily carer is a wonderful humorous lady for whom nothing is too much trouble. Another carer who comes regularly, she’s such a good worker who brings laughter into the home. Two other carers are such hard workers and always engage in nice conversations which brightens my day. If you are looking for a wonderful care company, I can definitely recommend this company.
