Respectful Care cannot come more highly recommended - after a dreadful experience with another local agency they showed how care at home should be done. They looked after my dad with care, compassion and great humour - giving my mum the confidence to leave him in their care - in fact, they did more than we could have hoped to help the whole family. Choosing the right carers is so important for everyone - don't bother looking elsewhere - these are the best!

There was a concern about Mum’s medication. It was discussed and a result was found that suited Mum, the carers and Respectful Care. An issue arose that required input at Management level. Respectful Care North did not hesitate in offering Mum support and showed integrity throughout. Mum benefitted due to Respectful Care’s input. Because of all of the above, I recommend Respectful Care to any person thinking about a home care provider.

Respectful Care visited my husband for a few weeks whilst he was at home between hospital admissions. He has advanced dementia, can be very difficult and I could no longer care for him without help. All the carers who came were excellent; kind, caring, sympathetic, professional and skilled. In addition, they dealt with his difficult behaviour extremely well. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Respectful Care have been caring for my mum 3 times a day since December 2018 and are absolutely brilliant with her. Extremely supportive, attentive, respecting of her and very friendly. This goes for all the carers and the admin staff, always pleasant and very helpful. I would not be able to manage myself without them and they provide excellent support to me as well as Mum.

My mother was very happy with the care she received from Respectful Care. The carers were very friendly, treated my Mum with understanding and did with respect. My Mum looked forward to seeing her carers. If my Mum was happy, I was. The office staff were helpful too.

We chose Respectful Care because, from the outset, they were caring, kind and compassionate. They were also professional in their dealings with our mum and ourselves. They listened when we asked and they responded quickly and efficiently to our requests. Nothing seemed to be 'too much trouble'. The individual carers made mum feel special and they would do whatever they could to make her feel safe, cared for and comfortable. Thank you for all you did for our mum, who was so precious to us.

My mother was looked after by Respectful Care staff for about two years. All of the staff we met and had contact with were friendly, professional and very caring. This gave the family full confidence that she was in the most capable hands and being very well looked after. She enjoyed the visits by the carers, looked forward to having a chat with them and she had complete trust in them. I would without hesitation recommend them.

Respectful Care provided an excellent service for Mum. The carers were friendly, caring and gave Mum her dignity back. We saw Mum thrive and smile again! As Mum reached her last few weeks the care package was adjusted and we felt they enabled her to be at peace and remain with us at home....this would not have been possible without this team's dedication. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Although sadly for only a short time, Respectful Care's wonderful team at Nottingham North have provided friendly, professional care and reassurance to my mum when she really needed it. I would recommend them and want to thank all of the wonderful carers who have looked after mum so well.

I have been extremely pleased with the standard of care provided. The carers seem efficient, helpful and treat mum with understanding and dignity. I also have peace of mind that the carers will communicate with me if there is a problem.

Respectful Care have provided excellent care for my mother for the last sixteen months. The carers could not do enough and were truly wonderful, always going the extra mile to help. The admin staff were equally supportive in sorting out any changes to schedules, organising overnight stays and seamless returns from hospital. They really provided the highest standard of care.

They are very approachable and gained my dad's trust very quickly. Each carer is very understanding and very competent with dad's needs. Dad looks forward to the carers coming in so that gives me, his daughter, peace of mind. They are always on time and are very reliable. The office staff are always happy to help me when I need them.

The Respectful Care Team has made a huge difference to everyone involved. My father-in-law has had good company every day with a plentiful supply of coffee together with gentle reminders with regard to medication, personal help, help around the house and transport to appointments. The Care Team have been super when medical issues arose, liaising with emergency services and family as needed. The care and service allowed my father-in-law to retain his independence in his own home and gave family and friends great peace of mind.

Staff at the office have also been helpful in contacting me straight away with any queries and reporting back if carers were concerned about Dad's health/welfare. Many, many thanks!
