On behalf of family
I set the care plan in motion last year for my 95 year old cousin. I was very pleased and happy with Respectful Care Nottingham North who actually do care work hard and brought great joy to my cousin. After I had stayed for a while she was much better and was arranged three visits a day. Then I was seriously ill and was in hospital for five months. I relied on Respectful Care to look after her and they did. Unfortunately her neighbour wants to take over but I am her only relative and I will not allow it.
Thank you for your kind feedback about the service we have provided for your cousin. Thank you.
Respectful Care have been a godsend for Mum, enabling her to keep as much independence as possible. The carers are fabulous. Having care for Mom has helped Dad cope and I can relax knowing Mom is being supported on a daily basis. Thank you.
Thank you for providing such wonderful feedback. Your parents are adorable and our carers love supporting them both. Thank you.
Respectful Care looked after my grandma like she was their own grandma. They were incredible through some hard times we as a family had to deal with, due to my grandma’s dementia. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond to ensure she was safe and looked after and things were reported promptly, to allow us to act fast for the things my grandma needed. I will be forever grateful for the care not only did my grandma got, but we as a family received too. Could not have wished for a better company to have been providing the care for my grandma.
Thank you for providing feedback on the service you have all received from us as a family. Your grandma was an amazing lady and it was a real privilege to be able to support her. Thank you.
Lack of respect from administration staff when ringing to report a problem. Carers not fulfilling the tasks that have been asked of them, especially on a last call in the evenings to a client where some requests are for the safety of a client. Relying too much on an elderly person saying not to complete a shift as a friend will be calling up after. All jobs should be completed by the care company if it is in the care plan and should have nothing to do with any private visits after they have left. The carer's job is surely to complete the jobs they have been asked to go in and do.
We are surprised that you felt it necessary to use this platform to raise these issues rather than with us directly. However we dispute what you have raised. We have recently had to raise a safeguarding, which involves you, therefore client confidentiality prevents us from making any further...
All the carers are friendly, professional and lovely. The office staff are also very accommodating and clearly supportive of carers and staff alike.
Thank you for your lovely feedback about the support we provide to your mum.
Thank you from all the family and Dad of course.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. The management staff will definitely miss your dad's early wake-up calls! We found him to be a lovely gentleman who will be dearly missed by all our staff. We wish him all the very best in his new environment.
Excellent all-round care.
Thank you Philip for your kind review of the service we provide to your mum.
To start it look for care for your loved one is a heart-wrenching decision. However, after welcoming Respectful Care into our lives we could rest assured that we had indeed chosen the best possible company. Like every new thing, there are bumps to iron out, it's not easy for your loved one to accept they need care. It takes time to accept people into your home. However, my grandparents soon started to see the carers as family. As my grandad started to deteriorate, we really felt surrounded by the professionalism, love and care that your carers bring. The strength and peace we felt was second to none. The office team are always fast to help and accommodate. Any concerns are listened to and resolved. On the morning of my grandad's death, two regular carers came to pay their respects. We were so humbled by this, they were a tower of absolute strength. They also supported us further at the funeral. Now they care for just my nan, we know she will be in loving safe hands.
Hi Sarah. Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We are privileged to be able to support such a wonderful family. Thank you.
The service from day one was excellent. The whole team are genuine in their care towards both the client and their family. From the start, the carers and management became friends and I will recommend this company to anyone who needs good honest carers looking after their loved ones.
Hi RC. Thank you very much for your feedback. It is a pleasure and a privilege to have been able to help and support you both.
Respectful Care on the whole good with some excellent carers. However, this does vary in their experience with my specific needs (for example stoma care)
Respectful care has enabled my mother to continue to live independently at home. The quality of the service provided is exemplary. Without exception, all of the staff who have been involved in mum's care have been professional, diligent, and above all friendly and engaging; nothing is too much trouble for them. Also, the staff who run the office need to be recognised for their professionalism and the speed of their response when circumstances have changed. A first-class organisation; I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Thank you for your feedback. It was a real privilege to be able to support such a wonderful family.
Excellent staff and care.

Carers are fantastic, can't do without them.
Thank you Keith for the wonderful feedback about the staff who love to support you every day.
My husband's care is absolutely brilliant. The carers are great and nothing is too much trouble.
Thank you for your kind and important feedback.
I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful carer who was very bubbly. She was very considerate towards my family member like nothing was a problem, she made me feel at ease knowing that she is in good hands when I can't be there.
Thank you Angela for your kind feedback about our "wonderful carers".
Carers were amazing and did all they could to help. They really cared for my gran's well-being and did all they could to make sure she was happy and safe. The office team were great and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Really happy with the service as a whole.
Thank you Sophie for your feedback about our service.
I look forward to seeing my carers and I wouldn't manage without them.
Thank you Philip for your kind feedback about our service.
Throughout my contact with the team at Respectful Care, they have been nothing other than first class. My neighbour is cared for in Arnold and the team are brilliant, always ready to engage and assist. On time and treat my neighbour with the utmost respect. I often chat with both the care attendee and neighbour and nothing has been too much trouble. During the start of this pandemic, they had all the correct PPE and were wiping and cleaning down as they came and went. Tweaks to my neighbour's care have been dealt with a smile and no problem, no gripes or issues they just get on with it. Ensuring at all time the care is foremost and my neighbours well being is at the forefront of their thoughts. First Class well done all.
Thank you for your kind feedback about the service we provide.
We have been very pleased with the service and overall care provided. We would have no hesitation in recommending Respectful Care.
