View Full Details of Respectful Care Nottingham SouthMum needed care support after a fall and spell in hospital. Respectful Care were able to provide all of my Mums care need quickly and to the highest of standards. Respectful care have listened and actioned all Mums needs as her health and ability have changed to meet her expectations. As I don't live in Nottingham Respectful Care have been able to reassure me through excellent friendly service that Mum is receiving the best care
I cannot recommend Respectful Care highly enough. From the first interaction to the last they have held our hands and supported us through very challenging times with both my father and step mother. The care givers are supportive, kind, willing to do whatever is needed and often went over and above the agreed contract to provide support as and when needs without being asked. Most of us are unfamiliar with the care support sector, how it works and what the process is. In our case my fathers and step mother were unwilling to receive care, desiring to remain independent, however, Respectful Care were unphased and helped us gradually introduce support in a way that still left them feeling somewhat independent, maintaining their dignity. If you are hesitant about getting in care then I simply say, trust Respectful Care to help you through the process.
Dad has dementia and needed extra help to remain at home. We contacted Respectful Care on a recommendation from friends. The whole process of setting out care requirements and provision has been very efficient and professional. I have met several carers and have always been impressed by their kindness, compassion and understanding of how to deal with dementia. Importantly, my dad has felt very comfortable with the carers. Thankyou to the whole team for the excellent support and service you have provided.
We are so happy that we found Respectful Care! The staff are kind and approachable, and I'm grateful that we have a good relationship with everyone (that's so important!) It's such a relief to know that we can leave mum in their care and feel happy that we can totally trust the staff to attend to her needs. Would absolutely recommend 100%!!
My brother needed care and support following hospital treatment, and Respectful Care was recommended to us. He has received their support and care on and off over a two or three-year period. The care staff have been very professional and have dealt with numerous problems. I am normally reluctant to give recommendations, but would not hesitate in this instance.
My wonderful Mum has now been cared for by Respectful Care for almost two and a half years. Our experience with Mum's carers has been amazing and I know I can always be confident that Mum's welfare and dignity is their top priority. They all truly embody the company name - thank you for caring for and supporting Mum so brilliantly; I will be forever grateful.
The quality and standard of care has been exemplary. The carers have essentially become part of the family. We have never been let down and any last minute requests have always been accommodated. I can't recommend them enough.
The care provided by carers appointed by Respectful Care has always been excellent, The carers invariably offer extra help beyond immediate care, are punctual, keep good time and are polite. If a change of the start time is required because say my wife has an appointment away from our home (I have in recent weekly charity events) Respectful Care is prepared to alter the start time for the carer to attend and will cooperate in any reasonable request. My wife is relaxed in chatting to the carers who are in turn happy to engage with her. All in all a good company with very helpful carers.
Very good care and very reliable flexibility too when we've had appointments. Friendly staff and very helpful nothing seems to much. Staff are also very cheerful when they arrive and we're glad to see them in the morning for there help.
The care my mother received was excellent. The carer was always polite, respectful and dedicated to her job.
The service of the care staff is excellent and goes above and beyond daily tasks. Exceptional service is given when requiring additional care support outside the home. Carers and admin staff are all very professional and friendly.
The staff at Respectful Care have looked after my sister for a number of years now and myself and the family has found the carers to be extremely helpful, very caring and a few of them have gone over and above what is required of them. Not only have they cared for my sister extremely well but they have built up a good relationship with the rest of the family. In a lot of cases, they have gone beyond their normal duties. Overall I have been extremely satisfied with the care of my sister.
When my very independent 97-year-old mum unfortunately fell and broke her hip, it was decided she would need help and support to remain in her own home. She was very reluctant, frightened, and wary of change to her usual way of coping. My goodness, what a difference the Respectful Care team has made to Mum's life. She was very gently coaxed into accepting her new normal with much kindness, dedication, and respect. Mum is so much happier now than she has been in a long time and very much looks forward to the daily visits. All of the carers who support Mum have been professional, reliable, and very efficient. Very caring and kind. I highly recommend Respectful Care.
First of all, I would say that our whole family want to thank Respectful Care and recommend them without hesitation. We visited the offices several times, and know how approachable, thorough and well run they are. But of course, it is the carers who make the difference. Our 96 year old Dad had lived alone for some 30 years and found welcoming new people into his home quite challenging, especially when he wasn't well. Once there was a regular team of carers, he started to settle, and over 12 months, we eventually increased to 4 visits a day, as his needs increased. There are too many carers to mention, but over the last few weeks of Dad's life, we owe so much to five particular members of staff. Our Dad passed away recently after a very short stay in hospital, but we are so grateful for the care and support provided by the Respectful Care team that allowed him to stay at home as he wished. Many thanks.
The caring culture of Respectful Care is apparent with all staff who look after both of my parents. Communication is excellent, and care exemplary: happy parents. I am happy with the care my parents receive, my parents are happy with the care they receive. I recommend Respectful Care unreservedly.
Whilst my mum was taking a well-earned carer break I moved in with dad for the week as his carer. The carers came to dad three times daily as usual but also sat with him until his lunch call. They were professional, friendly, caring and completed tasks around the house. I would not have been able to do it without them and had no qualms about leaving dad in their care.
Excellent service from a particular person who conducts initial assessments. Ongoing care for Mum thereafter is very good. The most important thing of all is that Mum felt happy with the service. I would not hesitate to recommend Respectful Care.
I visited Respectful Care at their office, I wanted to meet the staff before making a decision on using their services, within 30 seconds of walking through the door, I knew I would be using Respectful Care to look after my dad. They were very sympathetic and accommodating to my concerns, so welcoming and helpful. With the care of my dad, not only do they send out a rota so I know who will be attending and when, they contact me if they have any issues however small, thank you for that. My dad is very happy with the staff too. World-class service, my sister and I are very grateful.
Dad was looked after from December 2023 till June 2024, the team that looked after him were very good, in all aspects of his care. From housekeeping, personal care, and his medication. We were very pleased with his care package, and wouldn't hesitate to use it again.
My mum returned from the hospital, then respite home, to her own home after we had it modified to make things safer for her. This was in March 2023. On recommendation, we appointed Respectful Care to provide the necessary care package for her to continue in her own home. My mother is not good with people she doesn't know, but the Respectful Care people all loved her and cared for her with the greatest kindness, patience and respect, and my mum flourished under their care and improved enormously. I met many of her carers and they truly do live up to Respectful Care. They noticed the slightest health issues with Mum and let me know immediately. Sometimes those issues were urgent and they also needed to call 111 or arrange for paramedics - all was done swiftly and efficiently and with my full knowledge and approval. Sadly Mum has taken a turn for the worse and will now have to go into end-of-life care in a nursing home, so our contract with Respectful Care is at an end. Well done to Respectful Care.
