I really enjoying my visits and they are a pleasure to call my support workers

Nothing is to much trouble for them.

Good care is provided. The carers are all pleasant. There is consistency among carers. They arrive on time. The agency is reliable. The carers pace the tasks correctly for the person and they undertake the necessary care tasks to a high standard. The team leader is excellent in her role.

We would not hesitate to refer our family and friends to you.

We have been using Care Pilot for Mum’s 24-hour care since May 2023. She has dementia and very limited mobility. The staff have been superb; providing great care. Very happy with their service and support, which allows Mum to stay in her own home in safety and comfort.

Care Pilot carers have been reliable and punctual, since they commenced in mid-2023. The standard of care delivered by those carers has been appropriate and consistent, despite them experiencing occasional resistance from the client. Communication with Care Pilot has been easy, for example, when the client's medications change from time to time, and the MAR and plan need updating accordingly. I cannot think of any downsides experienced thus far. For sure, the standard of care delivered by Care Pilot to date, is in another league, compared to the very poor standard of care delivered by my mother's previous carers appointed by the council.

I would like to thank the Care Pilot staff for all their excellent work helping us as a family to look after our dad. Today more than ever, because he had fallen in the lounge and banged his head. He was dealt with and received excellent care. I was notified immediately for which I, Dad and all the family are very grateful.

Care Pilot Limited are very good at their job. Good management and staff. Most especially one carer in particular, very good at what he does. I would recommend the company to anyone that needs the services of good carers.
