I am so happy I finally have support workers who get me after years of care not working for me
The staff are lovely, I have my moments but I'm learning very fast that there not like the rest
I genuinely now go to bed excited to see Saturday,12, R, and b and phobe
I had my guard up at first but
I know they are so polite and caring
It wells me up to think that there is a right care company it just took time
I really enjoying my visits and they are a pleasure to call my support workers

All of the team that visit Dad are really kind and caring people.
If Dad's circumstances change they and their Manager are really quick to respond in a positive manor.
Nothing is to much trouble for them.

Good care is provided. The carers are all pleasant. There is consistency among carers. They arrive on time. The agency is reliable. The carers pace the tasks correctly for the person and they undertake the necessary care tasks to a high standard. The team leader is excellent in her role.

I was quite sceptical about the decision to allow our mother to be looked after by people who were not family. Due to our busy schedules, it was not possible for us to look after her, hence we engaged Care Pilot to look after her in her home. Despite our worries to begin with for this was our first
experience, I would say this has been the best decision we have made for her. They have proven to be very caring and committed team to their job. Mum's house has been kept immaculate and Mum has always looked well presented, been so happy, and looked forward to her carers coming and having a laugh for they are quite a cheerful bunch and do their job above and beyond. We are so grateful and know our mum is in safe hands. They are good at communicating and updating us on how Mum is doing.
Well done and thank you for all you are doing for our Mum, Care Pilot.
We would not hesitate to refer our family and friends to you.

We have been using Care Pilot for Mum’s 24-hour care since May 2023. She has dementia and very limited mobility. The staff have been superb; providing great care. Very happy with their service and support, which allows Mum to stay in her own home in safety and comfort.

Care Pilot carers have been reliable and punctual, since they commenced in mid-2023. The standard of care delivered by those carers has been appropriate and consistent, despite them experiencing occasional resistance from the client. Communication with Care Pilot has been easy, for example, when the
client's medications change from time to time, and the MAR and plan need updating accordingly. I cannot think of any downsides experienced thus far. For sure, the standard of care delivered by Care Pilot to date, is in another league, compared to the very poor standard of care delivered by my mother's previous carers appointed by the council.

I would like to thank the Care Pilot staff for all their excellent work helping us as a family to look after our dad. Today more than ever, because he had fallen in the lounge and banged his head. He was dealt with and received excellent care. I was notified immediately for which I, Dad and all the
family are very grateful.

Care Pilot Limited are very good at their job. Good management and staff. Most especially one carer in particular, very good at what he does. I would recommend the company to anyone that needs the services of good carers.

The care that my mother has received has been excellent. The carers have been most helpful and they have gone out of their way. They have been professional, kind and very nice.

I've been using Care Pilot since May 2023 and up to now have no complaints. All staff are friendly, accommodating, polite and kind. Would recommend.

Care Pilot have provided an excellent level of care for my mother-in-law. They are reliable and communicate well with us all. My mother-in-law lives with us and has advanced dementia. Care Pilot, that is the individual carers, are consistently kind and respectful. They support their client and have
worked sensitively with our whole family to mange the situation. Regular carers means we have made good relationships with them. I would thoroughly recommend them.
