We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team. You will provide practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of needs, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence. 

Support Worker / Care Assistant

Location: North London and surrounding areas
Salary: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Part-time and Bank positions available

Key Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care and support.

• Assisting with daily living activities.

• Supporting individuals to access community activities and appointments.

• Promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing.

• Administering or prompting medication where required.

• Maintaining accurate records and care notes.

• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies.

• Building positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals.

Essential Requirements

• A caring and compassionate nature.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when required.

Desirable

• Previous experience in health and social care.

• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, mental health needs, or complex care requirements.

• Full UK driving licence.
