Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team. You will provide practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of needs, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
Support Worker / Care Assistant
Location: North London and surrounding areas
Salary: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Part-time and Bank positions available
Key Responsibilities

Providing person-centred care and support.

Assisting with daily living activities.

Supporting individuals to access community activities and appointments.

Promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing.

Administering or prompting medication where required.

Maintaining accurate records and care notes.

Following safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies.

Building positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
Essential Requirements

A caring and compassionate nature.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Right to work in the UK.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when required.
Desirable
-
Previous experience in health and social care.

NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.

Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, mental health needs, or complex care requirements.

Full UK driving licence.
