I cannot thank Sadia enough for everything she has done for my grandma since her leg surgery. From the very beginning, she has shown such genuine care, kindness and compassion, always making sure my grandma feels comfortable, supported and looked after. What really stands out about Sadia is that she has gone far beyond what you would normally expect from someone in her position as a manager of the care home. She has personally taken the time to check on my grandma, listen to our concerns, communicate with us and make sure that everything possible is being done to support her recovery. During what has been a difficult and worrying time for our family, knowing that Sadia genuinely cares about my grandma has given us so much reassurance.
