We are currently looking to recruit a Female Care Assistant / Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant, you will support service users with a range of daily living activities, including:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Dementia support
• Mobility assistance
• Light housekeeping
• Promoting independence and wellbeing

Every day is different, and you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support.

Requirements

Essential

• Female applicant (genuine occupational requirement)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Good spoken and written English
• Own smartphone/mobile phone
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach to care

Preferred

• Previous care experience preferred but not essential, as full support and training can be provided
