Very good communication from carer with me,lovely manner towards my Aunt who has Dementia, 2 visits a day 30 minutes each time very punctual with times and if running late i always get a call explaining reason , lady is very thorough with care she always makes lunch etc and checking up on food intake , help with tidying up, the thing that stands out the most is she has time, not rushed and gets to know the person she is caring for would highly reccomend this company as ive had very bad experience with a previous company .
