At 1 Oak Home Care, we're looking for kind, caring humans to join our amazing team as Care Assistants.

We're currently recruiting 50 Care Workers across Sudbury and surrounding villages, and we're looking for people who can bring compassion, laughter, kindness and maybe even the ability to make a decent cup of tea.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

?? Helping people remain independent in their own homes

? Making cups of tea (a surprisingly important skill)

?? Supporting with medication

?? Helping prepare meals

?? Supporting people to stay active and independent

?? Having chats, sharing stories and brightening someone's day

?? Making a genuine difference to local people's lives

Some days you'll help someone get ready for the day.

Some days you'll sit and listen to stories from 50 years ago.

Some days you'll be the only visitor someone sees.

Every day matters.
