Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to older adults and individuals living with physical disabilities, dementia, and other neurological conditions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Encouraging social engagement and community participation
  • Preparing meals and supporting nutritional needs
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Supporting clients with household tasks and light housekeeping
  • Promoting independence and helping clients maintain their chosen lifestyle

About You

We're looking for individuals who are caring, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Essential Requirements

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help others
  • Passion for providing outstanding care and support
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role)
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references

Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or in a similar role is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
