As a Social Care Worker, you will support individuals with their daily living activities and help them maintain independence within their own homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting with medication administration (where trained and authorised)
• Supporting service users with meal preparation and nutrition
• Assisting with mobility and transferring safely
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting individuals to attend appointments and community activities
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
• Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies
