Registered Manager (Young People)

Custom Links Care is looking for a Registered Manager for an Ofsted-registered supported living service in Southend on Sea for young people under 21.

This role plays a central part in leading a dedicated team where you will ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager for young people’s services
• Solid understanding of Ofsted requirements and Supported Accommodation Regulations (2023)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services

Demonstrable experience working with vulnerable children in care or care leavers

Due to the nature of the services provided, the role might involve weekends, evenings and on-call duties.
