We are looking for individuals that strive to provide the best care possible for our client's. We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals within their own home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring that they can live a full and happy life. Experience is beneficial however not a necessity for the right candidate as all training is provided.

We currently have full-time and part-time positions available to fit around your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow each individual's care plan accurately
• Be able to adapt to each individual clients' needs
• Support with personal hygiene, meals, light household duties
• Be able to accurately report daily activities
• Liaising with team members to ensure that client care is consistent

Requirements

• Full UK driving license
• Own your own vehicle
• Able to pass a DBS check or currently have a valid DBS
