The Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team. No previous care experience is required—full training and ongoing support will be provided.
As a Support Worker, you will support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independently, achieve their personal goals, and participate in everyday activities. Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone’s life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Support individuals with personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, household tasks, and medication support (following training).
- Support individuals to access the local community, including shopping, appointments, education, leisure activities, holidays, and social events.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and the development of life skills.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support, their families, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate daily records and complete required documentation.
- Follow individual support plans and risk assessments.
- Safeguard vulnerable adults by recognising and reporting any concerns.
- Work in line with company policies, CQC standards, and relevant legislation.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training.

Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good spoken and written English.
- A genuine passion for supporting people.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training.
Desirable
- Previous experience in health and social care (not essential).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential).
