TLS Social Care Bradford provides domiciliary care services to people in their own homes as well as in the community to enable them to live a fulfilled life with the right support.

Their goal is to provide a person-centred service which focuses on an individual’s strengths, respect, dignity, choice and human rights. They implement a relationship-based approach where they match each service user to their own core staff team to enable them to build a positive relationship and rapport with a regular staff team, to avoid having different care and support workers on each visit.

TLS Social Care Bradford works with adults from the age of 18 with a Learning Disability, Autism, Mental Health, Dementia and Physical Disabilities. They provide home care services, community outreach support, live-in care, companionship, Befriending services and Night-time support.


We offer the following support:

Personal Care - Washing, dressing, assistance with getting up and getting into bed, toileting and managing continence needs, moving and handling, mobilising safely, preparing meals.
Monitoring and collection of prescriptions
Maintaining the upkeep of the home including support with correspondence.
Managing money, paying bills and working to a budget
Support to access leisure activities in the community.
Understanding the rights and responsibilities of a tenancy agreement and support to maintain a tenancy.
Support to attend social activities and events.
Support to attend health appointments, education and seeking employment.
Assisting or prompting medication
Sitting service or providing respite for informal carers and families
Support with house hold tasks
Meal planning and support to go food shopping

Very good care for my son who was admitted very quickly and at last minute.Kept me posted all the time on how he was doing. Over the weekend the carers kept him entertained by taking him to places which he enjoyed.

Linda has 20 years of experience working with adults with various needs ranging from Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Dementia and Physical Disabilities. She started her career as a Care Assistant and worked in various care homes and domiciliary care agencies. While studying for her social work degree, she worked with adults with Learning Disabilities in supported living services. She has worked in hospitals and community settings as a Social Worker, Best Interest Assessor and Team Manager before branching off to become a care provider. She has ample knowledge and experience in the Health and Social Care field and her main vision is to promote service users’ rights and wellbeing whilst delivering safe, effective care and support to enable vulnerable adults to live independent, fulfilled lives in their own homes.
