We are delighted with the care that my daughter receives from TLS. Being able to leave her at her home in the care of committed, enthusiastic young people who really make the effort to engage with the provides us with great reassurance. It means that our respite periods are just that - the chance to get away from daily care routines without worrying about how our daughter will cope, and knowing that not only will she be looked after properly, but she will also have fun.

Overall Experience
We've been impressed by both the quality and diligence of the carers and the efficiency and responsiveness of the management of the service. All of the girls allocated have engaged with our daughter and made real strides in getting to know her, understanding her needs and working out how to make her happy. This is the first time that we have felt confident and comfortable leaving our daughter in the care of others for 24 hours and that is making a real difference to our lives. The specialism/ familiarity of the staff with people with additional needs is central to TLS being good at what they do.

From the outset the communication and management of the provision has been excellent. Any small issues/ questions have been quickly and proactively resolved by email and by phone.
