Location: Edinburgh (Multiple Runs)
Hours: Flexible Hours
Pay: £13.80 - £15.40 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

JB Agency is looking for compassionate and reliable Female Home Carers to join our growing team in Edinburgh. As a Home Carer, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and support with nutrition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with medication where required.
• Assist with light household tasks.
• Accurately complete care records and documentation.
• Promote clients' independence, wellbeing, and choice at all times.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Female applicants only (This is a Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 due to the nature of personal care provided.)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, reliable, and professional attitude.

Desirable

• Previous experience in home care or a similar care setting (preferred but not essential, as full training is provided).
