I feel I've been very well looked after. The carers are all very helpful and pleasant. I have no complaints to make.
We take great pride in our service so we are delighted to receive your positive feedback. We do no rest on our laurels and would be pleased to hear any ideas you may have to make our service even better for you.
The review was conducted with precision questions by question giving the time to make a response. I was afforded the opportunity to make any comments about my care - I receive a weekly rota which I appreciate it is 'as it stands state' because it is not yet fully staffed at the time. I would like to receive the complete version when available and any changes made thereafter please.
Whilst we encourage all our clients and family to take an active interest in their service, we do not want service users to fixate on rotas and exact times for carers. We will continue to send out weekly rotas to you by email each Monday and update you for any gaps or changes in rotas as quickly as possible thereafter. Please remember that carers can run up to 30mins early or late.
JB Agency staff are reliable, conscientious and professional. They clearly understand what my sister needs to ensure she can live as independently as possible while ensuring her safety.
We continuously monitor our service levels and delighted to hear that the care team know exactly how your sister likes to receive their care and support.
We have been using JB carers for about 10 years. Any issues or concerns we have had have been dealt with most satisfactorily. We have no issues in the last 5 years and are very happy with the service provided.
We are so pleased that you have been a satisfied client for all these years. Feedback from our clients is vital to ensure the service is just right and quality levels are maintained.
Always found carers very helpful and friendly they let you know when going to be late, always leave things tidy and help mum with anything she needs.
Delighted to hear that the team of carers are super-helpful. As always, please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything else we can improve on.
JB have been looking after my dad Alistair for the past 18 months. All the carers are friendly and professional. The care package is reviewed every 6 months. I would have no hesitation in recommending JB.
Thank you for your kind recommendation. Your dad has a wonderful team of dedicated carers.
JB agency do a good job of caring for my mum. 3 visits a day. Day time visits (morning and afternoon) staff are consistant, evening and weekend more variabily of personel. However the staff attention to care plan is very consistant and they are personable and respectful. 6 monthly review process very professional and detailed.
Your mum benefits from a small team of dedicated carers. However, we must ensure the team is large enough to cover for holidays and illness. There is more variation of carers during these times.
The review was friendly, helpful and reassuring. I discovered that JB Agency was able to offer further support services that I hadn't been aware of, and this has helped me feel more able to cope during a challenging time in our lives.
Thank you for your kind feedback. Clients also ask us to help with shopping, accompanying to appointments or outings, home help and companionship.
Fantastic service, very detailed review of care for my mother. Looking at additional time & duties to support her on a daily basis. Great understanding of my mums conditions and medical needs. Great observations of the home and health and safety.
Thank you for your kind review. Our care plans and risk assessments and reviewed every 6 months or more often if required.
Everything is going well with the service. Sharon and the girls are all good.
I have received care from JB for nine years, and I have been treated with loving care and kindness often pointing out me becoming unwell before I realised myself, this medical intervention earlier. They (the office) work hard to try and maintain a close knit team of known carers to me.
My father has been treated with kindness and respect by all staff involved with this agency. His views and wishes are always taken into account. His review was thorough and positive and it gave us opportunities to discuss certain aspects of his care plan. His carers allow him to do things for himself if he is able which helps to continue to promote my father's independence. We are extremely happy as a family to know that my father's health needs are being met ibn a friendly, compassionate and professional manner.
JB provide great service to my sister and she is very comfortable around them.
The small team of carers are very settled and enjoy supporting your sister
My mum and family are very grateful and thankful for the care received.
Wow, such a fantastic review. Thank you so much. The team will be thrilled to hear that the service is so well-received.
They both go above and beyond. So caring and keep me upto date with all things. They treat my Aunt with care and dignaty and nothing is a bother.
Would highly recommend.
Always welcome.
Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback. Of course, you make this all possible as you are so welcoming and appreciative yourself.
Staff are very friendly and make Dad comfortable in his own home, which was a real struggle in the beginning because he didn't want anyone he didn't know in his home
Since his stroke 4 years ago, we have seen a good recovery and an improvement with his independence. Thank you for being such an involved family. This makes our job so much easier.
My mum finds that the carers are friendly, attentive and maintain her dignity, and she is happy with the care she receives. The agency have been responsive and accommodating to requests for time changes when needed, and they regularly provide feedback.
Excellent.
We are always so grateful to receive feedback from our clients. Thank you for taking the time.
Our carers are two people who treat us with courtesy. They are helpful, trustworthy and very competent, as we are both prevented from caring for ourselves due to age/stroke/arthritis. They enable us to continue to live in our own home.
We know that continuity of care worker is very important for our clients. Thankfully, this is one of our strengths.
