Excellent personalised care. Our family have used the services from JB Agency for over 30 years. The carers are competent, genuinely kind and cheerful . What I most value about JB Agency is their understanding that health issues are not lineal. People's needs can change over night and JB Agency is absolutely supportive and makes changes to fit needs as best as possible. My mind is at rest knowing that my mother is being cared for by staff at JBA.
Where have all these years gone? Caring and supporting your grandfather, father and now your mother has been a privilege. The bonus for us is your satisfaction. As always, we remain at your service.
JB Agency Homecare provide excellent care and support for my 98 year old mother. This allows her to stay in her own home and gives our family peace of mind.
All the staff are excellent, very friendly, can't do enough for my Mother. They brighten her day and make her comfortable.
Your mum is a wonderful person to care for. She's always smiling and grateful for the care she receives.
My mum was supported for just over a year by the staff from JB Agency, who reliably looked after her with kindness and respect. Their support was invaluable as she struggled with declining health and dementia.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. RP was a pleasure to care for and support.
Overall everything is okay, a few issues but when highlighted they have been resolved.
There were some initial teething problems, but I am delighted to hear the service has now settled down nicely.
I am very happy with my husband's care package and he is very well looked after.
Thank you for your kind feedback. I am so pleased that we are able to provide such great continuity of care staff. Good knowledge of the care routine means we are able to look after your husband in exactly the way he likes.
Excellent care.
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback.
My gran has had her carers since coming out of hospital. We were worried but they have been so amazing and caring. She is so pleased to have her visits and really looks forward to them. It's such a relief knowing someone is there for her when we can't be.
It is so nice to hear that your gran gets on so well with her team of carers and looks forward to her visits. Thanks for taking the time to give feedback.
I am happy with the care package my wife receives, the carers are kind and helpful.
I am delighted to hear that the service is going well. As always, let us know if there is anything more we can help with.
The staff were excellent hard working kind and reliable and they were quick to alert me to any health concerns they had. His main carer was particularly good going above and beyond for him. They were very accommodating when outpatient appointments clashed with scheduled visits
He was a pleasure to care for and I know the carers were particularly fond of him. I hope we helped him to feel safe and comfortable in his last days at home.
On the whole, excellent. I try to do as much as I can myself, but a lot less easy now. Very little sight does not help and the toe next to the small toe on the left foot is more painful due to osteoarthritis and not able to have it removed now, due to stroke. Told I have it in my right hip. I can tidy the bed, but the last time I changed the sheets, it took me just over five hours. Difficult holding on with one hand - sent to the laundry. Can now longer fold them. Told I have half an hour AM and PM. Didn't know - have 15 minutes AM and could do with at least 20 minutes on shower days and a good half-hour wash in the evenings.
Thank you, Doreen, for taking the time to review our service. The girls had already reported to the office that you are not managing as well as you used to, and I note that the visit times have already increased to 25-40 mins in the morning and 20-25 mins in the evening. JB are fortunate to have...
Excellent care and service provided by JB Agency Homecare. No complaints whatsoever.
It was a pleasure to support your mum in her last days at home.
I hope she settles in well at her new home.
As one would expect, some carers are very helpful, and others are less so.
We are trying to find a regular carer to work alongside her. This will improve continuity.
It can use your time up, no long lie-ins anymore, I don't need them, I am mostly an early riser. You are kept waiting, 10-15 minutes has been the longest wait. My daughter was waiting to take me shopping and she called the head office and was told I had to wait until my health agent came to supply my pills. My daughter was very upset at this reply.
The carers arrive around 9.30 am but we can try a later time slot to allow you a longer lie-in. We know punctuality is important and 10-15 mins are actually very good.
A good, reliable service with helpful staff.
Thanks for your favourable feedback on our service. The girls appreciate your kind words.
Variable quality and time of attendance. Regular helper prompt, efficient, friendly and looking for tasks.
Thanks for your honest feedback. We are looking for a regular to cover her days off.
We are very pleased and thankful for the very good care we are getting. The carers are always efficient, pleasant, caring and always helpful. The office has done a very good job and goes out of their way for us. Thank you.
It is a pleasure to provide care for him, and we are so glad we were able to support him through the transition from single carer to our double-up team.
I am very pleased with the care my husband gets from all his carers, especially three ladies who are excellent.
All the girls look forward to their visits to him.
My husband came home to be cared for with a Glioblastoma Brian Tumour - Grade four. The hospital was unsure whether I would be able to manage. We have excellent care from JB Agency. We had four carers per day. All arrived when expected and were cheerful and helpful to both my husband and myself. I certainly could not have coped without the excellent care we experienced. Full marks to JB Agency.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Just delighted we were able to support you and your husband in your time of need.
JB Agency has provided care visits to my mum for a number of years. They have always provided cover, even in difficult Covid times. The carers have been kind and friendly. If a problem has arisen, it has been dealt with promptly. The staff in the office have always been very approachable and passed on any concerns. We appreciate all the help we have been given.
The last 2-years have been extremely difficult within the care sector, and it is a testament to our workforce that a review such as this is possible. Thank you to our carers. It is always a pleasure to provide a service to this lady.
