Care Assistant

We can offer 25+ hours per week to a female carer (due to personal care). You must be able to drive. 

This job role is available to a kind hearted ethical staff member to join our team. We would welcome someone who puts our clients first and treats them as you would your own family member. 

Job role / actual tasks

- You will provide personal care to a predominantly female elderly client base.

- You will have compassion for those with dementia or longterm heatlh conditions.

- You will be able to lone work having been given a face to face introduction on the role.

- We work with privately funded clients so the pace is much slower than with social services funded clients.

- You will adhere to the care plan at all times. 

- You will be administering medication to clients. 

- Good written English and excellent spoken English is essential as we work with a lot of older people with hearing issues. 

The Excellence Bonus is paid on top of your hourly rate and calculated after you have met the criteria. This is paid monthly.
