• Up to £17.50 per hour on weekends
• 1.5x and 2x pay on Bank Holidays
• 40p per mile paid mileage

What You'll Be Doing

Every visit is different, but you could be helping clients by:

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence
• Assisting with medication
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Helping with light household tasks
• Supporting clients with shopping or appointments
• Helping clients get ready for the day or settled comfortably for the evening
• Bringing reassurance, confidence and a friendly face to someone's weekend

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK

Some of our very best Care Assistants previously worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, beauty, warehousing, driving and many other industries.

Areas We Cover

We support clients across Salisbury, Andover, Bishopdown, Alderbury, Bemerton, Netherhampton, Redlynch, The Winterbournes, Wilton, Stratford sub Castle, Farley, Gomeldon, Porton, Hurdcott & Ford and the surrounding villages. You'll need to live within or close to these areas as travelling between clients is part of the role.
