The Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will travel between clients' homes providing person-centred care and support.

Duties include:

• Personal care including washing, dressing and grooming
• Medication support and prompting
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light household duties
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

Essential Requirements

• Female applicant only (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
• Previous care experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Good communication skills
• Compassionate, reliable and professional attitude
• Care Certificate desirable (or willingness to complete training)

Working Hours - Shifts available between:

06:30am - 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday - Flexible working patterns available.
