Scott Haworth is the HR, Compliance and Invoicing Manager at Care Solutions Manchester, bringing nearly two decades of experience in health and social care to the role — and a career history that is anything but ordinary.

Scott began his journey in nursing homes almost 20 years ago, starting on the frontline and developing a hands-on understanding of what quality care truly means in practice. From there, his career took him into some of the most challenging and rewarding areas of the sector — working as a coordinator and manager supporting some of the most vulnerable people in society, including those experiencing homelessness, substance misuse, domestic violence, and involvement with the criminal justice system. He also spent significant time working within local drug and alcohol services, where compassion, resilience, and attention to detail were not just desirable qualities — they were essential.

That rich and varied background now underpins everything Scott brings to the organisation. Working across both the Manchester and Liverpool branches, Scott is passionate about ensuring that the care delivered is not only of the highest quality, but that it is provided safely, legally, and in a way that genuinely protects and respects every individual. He oversees HR, compliance, and financial operations with the same dedication he has always brought to every role, making sure the foundations of the business are as strong as the care it delivers.

Currently completing his Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, Scott's commitment to continuous professional development reflects the same high standards he holds the organisation to — always striving to be better, for the benefit of the people at the heart of everything they do.

Kenya Robinson is the Quality Monitoring Officer at Care Solutions Manchester, bringing a remarkable blend of clinical expertise and genuine compassion to a role that sits at the very heart of safe, high-quality care delivery.

Kenya's background sets her apart. Trained as a Nursing Associate, she has worked on acute hospital wards where she developed a wide-ranging and impressive set of clinical skills — including PEG care, stoma management, catheter care, wound care, venepuncture, ECG recording, bladder scanning, blood glucose monitoring, tracheostomy and suction training, and basic life support and resuscitation. She has experience supporting deteriorating patients, managing clinical observations, and documenting and escalating concerns accurately and appropriately — skills that translate directly into the domiciliary care setting.

Kenya has also demonstrated real leadership within care. She has assessed staff competencies in clinical procedures, created detailed PEG care plans integrated into client care packages, and worked closely with SALT, dietetic, and PEG nursing teams to ensure guidance is current, accurate, and followed correctly in the home environment.

As Quality Monitoring Officer, Kenya uses that clinical knowledge and frontline experience to monitor and safeguard the standard of care delivered to every client. Her eye for detail, her understanding of what good care looks like in practice, and her commitment to keeping people safe make her an invaluable presence across both the Manchester and Liverpool branches.

Lauren is responsible for recruiting compassionate and dedicated care professionals who share Care Solutions' commitment to delivering high quality care. She supports candidates throughout the recruitment process and helps ensure the team continues to grow with skilled and caring individuals.

Michelle is responsible for coordinating care services and managing staff rotas to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality support. Working closely with care professionals, clients, and families, they help ensure care visits are planned effectively and tailored to individual needs. Their excellent organisational skills and attention to detail play a vital role in keeping our services running smoothly and delivering the highest standards of care.

Sam plays a key role in ensuring our clients receive personalised, high-quality care. They meet with new clients and their families to understand their needs, complete initial assessments, and help develop tailored care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being. As a Senior Carer, they also provide support and guidance to the care team, helping to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.

Megan is often one of the first members of our team that new clients meet. They take the time to get to know each individual, assess their needs, and create personalised care plans that reflect their preferences and goals. Alongside supporting clients, they provide guidance to care staff and help ensure our services continue to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
