Very poor. Horrendous customer service. Purposely sending men day after day after being told my gran wasn't comfortable having a personal wash with a male. After 5 days on the bounce 2 visits a day we had to cancel the care package because she hadn't had a proper wash for 5 days. I could go on, first week no issue then we must have upset someone so we got this service. If you truly want peace of mind DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR LOVED 1s.

My Mum suffered from Vascular dementia and was a falls risk so we needed support for her to be able to stay at home so engaged Fylde Care Solutions. The Local Care Manager took time to get to know Mum to understand her needs developing a lovely relationship with her. A package of care was created to ensure she washed and was eating and importantly didn't get lonely. Carers took her out a couple of times a week for fresh air so that she got outside stimulus and she enjoyed these trips that often included ice cream! Support also included general cleaning and tidying but most importantly for us, the Carers were reliable, respectful of Mum and kind and patient with her. They kept us fully informed about her health and well being providing daily updates and suggestions about how to better support her changing needs. I fully recommend this company to be trusted with the support of a loved one and thank all the Carers who looked after Mum while she was at home. Thank you!

They sent staff members that were well experienced in his condition meaning I could go abroard for the first time is years knowing that my dad was safe in there care.

I was that impressed with the service I've booked them again for September this year knowing my dad will be looked after and not having to worry about what's going on and that he is safe.

Would highly recommend them as even my friend that stopped over night whilst i was away said he seemed really happy and looked well and was excited about what he was doing the next day.

All the carers from Care solutions where attentive, professional and looked after my parents extremely well , calling me if there was a problem. Acting on any requests I had and taking on board any feedback they were given.

I would recommend Care solutions and the manager was very approachable, understanding and she went out of their way to do everything she could to support my parents.

Care Solutions cared for both our parents at home over between 2021/2025.

Having carers in their home, was a difficult transition for them, but staff were understanding & patient, and worked hard to provide care & support that was personalised to their needs.

Overall the standard of care was good with some staff going 'above & beyond' to meet our parents needs, which felt most reassuring.

Some times, there was an inconsistency in standard of care, but this was usually due to staff shortages.

My parents have recently needed to go into a care home. However, we feel extremely grateful for the support Care Solutions have provided over the last 4 years, which has certainly enabled our parents to enjoy the 'comfort of their own home' for these very precious last few years.

After an unprovoked telephone call from her, which was aggressive and threatening, I ended my care with Care Solutions and moved to another provider.

Our handler was brilliant and really cared about us as a family which we loved.

The service that both my parents have received from all the staff visiting their home has been of a very good quality, nothing is a problem and the care/mental health needs are always met on all visits during the day. The staff would assist my parents with personal care, making meals and administering their medication. Whenever I contact the office staff regarding a change in my parents' well-being or for a little advice it is always received in a positive manner and passed on to the relevant staff. It is a great service so thank you to you all, it is also peace of mind for me and my family that their general health is being observed.

Hi, we've recently been introduced to Care Solutions, they are providing four visits a day for my great-auntie. All members of staff I've met up to now have been extremely helpful, friendly and consistent. They have all gone out of their way to ensure my great-auntie is safe and happy. Big thank you to one member of staff, she has been amazing.

They are really friendly and they helped me realise not to be embarrassed when you need them. I’m so glad to be a client of theirs, thank you so much for your help and making me realise their help is there when you ask for it.

I would like to let you know how grateful I am for the high level of care provided by care solutions. They were all very caring and had a great attitude but wanted to give a special mention to the carer with the pink hair. She came to see my father on her break and even apologised for being late, following a car accident. She was such a help in my father's last days and we couldn’t have done it without her. She made sure his last days were dignified and I can never thank her enough.

I really value all of these awesome people and could not recommend them highly enough.

This company has given me fantastic care. From day one they have been very professional and made me feel comfortable with accepting care for the first time. Highly recommended.

As we come to the end of week one, I have found the service to be incredibly disappointing. Time keeping is atrocious with my Father not receiving his afternoon care visit meaning he went from 12:30 until 21:30 without leaving his wheelchair. Carers arriving in no form of uniform (jeans, T-Shirts and trainers) and quite frankly a rude and abrupt 'manager' taking charge of the telephones. On one occasion only one carer arrived with no experience of using a hoist.

Incredibly disorganised company, very poor management, I was left many times with either no carers turning up or would be hours later. The company do not let you know if they will be late, the onus is on the client to chase them, please avoid this company as you will be sorry if you do not.

This agency is the best my family have ever had. Kind, courteous and always very professional I would highly recommend this company. My carer is always on time and sees to my family's needs. 10/10!!
