About the Role

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live safely, independently and with dignity.

Your duties may include:
• Personal care and hygiene support
• Medication assistance
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Shopping and collecting prescriptions
• Supporting with appointments and outings
• Light household duties
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice
