Care Worker

Responsibilities

Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
Support clients with mobility challenges, including heavy lifting when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans.
