We are incredibly grateful for the care we received for our very elderly mum. It was so lovely to have the carers arrive at the same consistent times daily. They all made it their priority to get to know mum to treat her with love care and dignity. They were very polite and respectful to us and toward our home. Even when mum neared the end of her life and care became very challenging they maintained the same cheerful spirit always going the extra mile. I can't recommend this company enough, we only wish we had found them earlier than we did. Thank you!
It means a great deal to know that our team's consistency, kindness and dedication made a difference...
La Belle Care provided exceptional support for my wife during her final months. The ladies were always friendly, comforting, and genuinely caring - not only towards my wife but also towards our whole family. Their guidance, reassurance, and compassion made a difficult time much easier to bear.
There was great consistency in the carers who visited, which meant familiar faces and real trust. They were always punctual, professional, and offered a wide range of thoughtful, practical, and emotional support. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication they showed every single day.

My experience with La Belle Care for my mother in her last month of life was a positive one. Two members of the team turned up introduced them self explained to mother and me the care that would be given. Next day for 3 times a day two ladies came in washed/ put mum on commode with lots of dignity. They built up a rapport with mother which was good. Made mum comfortable. Before they left always made mother a cup of tea with biscuits. Overall my experience was a very positive one.

Sometimes the cutlery could be a little cleaner but is usually okay.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. It's really kind of you to take the time to share your thoughts, and we're so pleased to hear you find our carers kind and friendly. Although we don't prepare your meals or deal with your plates and cutlery, we'll make sure our team are now informed to give...
A fantastic company that honestly has the best staff you could wish for. I didn't have much involvement with the office staff but they were polite on the phone when I did speak to them. It's the carers who we really want to thank. Nan loved you all.

I’ve worked in the health and social care sector for over 22 years, starting my journey at the age of 17. From the very beginning, care has been more than just a job — it’s been a lifelong passion shaped by both personal and professional experience.
While working as a care worker, I studied for a degree in psychology, deepening my understanding of mental health and human behaviour. I later went on to complete a second degree in Health and Social Care, building on my practical knowledge with a strong academic foundation.
Throughout my career, I’ve progressed through a range of roles, including care coordinator, deputy manager, and manager. My mum, a dedicated nurse, was a huge influence and inspiration in my life. I was lucky enough to work alongside her for many years.
In 2016, we founded La Belle Care together, a family-run service built on the values that matter most to us: dignity, respect, compassion, and genuinely person-centred care.
At La Belle, we’re committed to creating a warm, safe and supportive environment where every person feels valued, listened to, and treated like family. Our team shares a strong ethos of kindness, professionalism, and consistency, always putting the needs of those we support at the centre of what we do.
With over two decades of hands-on experience, I remain dedicated to raising standards and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.
I didn’t come into care because of a family story or a sudden life event. For me, it was something that grew naturally from how I’ve always been with people.
I’ve always been the one others turned to; the listener, the steady hand, the one who noticed when someone was struggling, even when they didn’t say it aloud. I never thought of that as a skill, but over time I realised it’s what diligent care is built on: noticing the trivial things, understanding people, and treating them like they matter.
When I first started working in care, it clicked almost immediately. It wasn’t about doing a job; it was about connection. You walk into someone’s life, sometimes at their most private and fragile moments, and you bring calm, respect, and a bit of normality. That level of trust means something.
What keeps me in care is that feeling, knowing that no matter how small the act, it can make someone’s day lighter. There’s a quiet kind of pride in that. Not the loud kind that comes from titles or achievements, but the kind that sits with you when you close the door after a visit and know you’ve genuinely made a difference.
Care became my profession because it fits who I am, not just what I can do. It’s the one place where my instinct to help, to listen, and to treat people with dignity feels like a purpose.
I’ve always had a strong passion for care; it’s something that’s been part of me from a young age, growing up in a family of healthcare professionals. I’m currently in my first year of nurse training, with the goal of becoming a district nurse registered with La Belle in the future. My grandmother was a nurse, and I learnt so much from her, especially the importance of empathy, compassion, and treating everyone with kindness and dignity. Caring truly runs in my DNA!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my horse; riding and looking after her is not only a hobby but another way I express my love for nurturing and responsibility.
I am also very much enjoying my time as a care leadership apprentice.
My name is Ana Maria Daniela, and I am a dedicated senior carer at La Belle Care. Caring for others has always been more than just a job for me; it is a calling rooted deeply in compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
I hold a degree in health and social science from Bucks University, which has given me a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects of care.
With years of hands-on experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the emotional and physical needs of those we support. What brings me the greatest satisfaction is seeing the comfort, joy, and trust in the faces of the individuals we care for. At La Belle Care, we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and I take great pride in knowing that my work contributes to maintaining dignity, safety, and happiness for our clients every single day.
I'm currently studying at the University of Bedfordshire. Caring for others is genuinely fulfilling to me, as I deeply enjoy connecting with people, providing support, and building trust, especially during difficult moments.
My communication skills and naturally empathetic approach help me form meaningful relationships with those I care for and their families, making a real difference in their lives.
Outside my studies and care work, I love reading, listening to music, spending time outdoors, and exploring topics around health and wellbeing. These interests help me to grow personally and professionally, reinforcing my commitment to a career where compassion and understanding matter most.
