What you'll do:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, support and develop a team of dedicated care and office staff
- CQC & Compliance: Ensure we meet and exceed CQC standards. Lead inspections with confidence
- Quality First: Oversee care plans, risk assessments, spot checks, MARs, and safeguarding
- Growth: Support recruitment, training, and client care coordination
- Be the Face: Build relationships with clients, families, Social Services, CHC and healthcare professional
