We have found all our carers to be friendly compassionate and very thorough. Also helpful beyond the call of duty.

My two main carers have been with me for well over a year. They are very respectful, easy to talk to and efficient. The best thing is that they are so in sync with what tasks need doing, even if I forget something myself. I have had a few care companies in the past but Paramount has so far been so much better than the rest.

Over all it's fantastic.

Specially staff who work with me he is really good and very professional. And I am really with him and feel comfort with himself.

A particular staff member is simply fantastic. He helps me with my medication and is very kind and helpful. He also helps prepare food for me. I would like to keep him as my main carer. Please give him my many thanks and regards.

The carers were wonderful with my father in his final days. Diligent, courteous, kind and considerate throughout. It isn't an easy job, but they have been consistent throughout. I will be eternally grateful for this. Thank you!

The carer treats her as though she were her own mother.

All the girls were professional and friendly but above all tender and caring. They were so gentle with Mum and so kind and friendly to the family. I can't thank them enough for all the care they showed Mum during her last days.

My only criticism rests with the management and not with the carers. My wife, before she died specifically asked that the carers be invited to her Thanksgiving Service. The carers were very pleased to be asked and would attend in their own time. Unfortunately, the management would not allow them to attend which saddened me considerably. I considered this to be a callous decision and suggest this policy be reviewed. I would appreciate a call from management to discuss this.

Paramount Services provided exceptional care to my father for a short but very important time in the last few days of his life. They were flexible and responsive, quickly increasing the frequency of visits in response to rapidly changing needs. My father had the same carer for every visit which made the most enormous difference. His carer was exceptional - compassionate, gentle and respectful. She communicated clearly, was always on time and was sensitive and diligent in all that she did. She went well above and beyond, staying longer when she saw we needed help and reading my father's personality perfectly, chatting and joking with him. He trusted and enjoyed her company from the very first visit. We can't thank her enough for the amazing support she provided to my father and our family. We will be forever grateful. Thank you.

When I am in pain, they are always gentle and careful when moving me. Very cheerful and nice and we have got used to the different languages. Can't fault them in any way. Wish I could have them all the time, but realise that they do need a day off on their rota.

I would like to record a note of thanks for the excellent support my father received in the last months of his life. He was always treated with courtesy, dignity and respect by his carer and they forged a friendship as well as a professional relationship. I am particularly grateful that my father's carer was present when he died but also remained with my mother afterwards for some considerable time and well beyond her allotted time of 1 hour. I cannot express how grateful I am to her and to all at Paramount.

My sister has been through many home care agencies in London who had no idea of how to really help her as she had many complex issues, till our mum came across Paramount Options Ltd. My sister has been with them since the start of 2019 and now they become like family. They are better than any carer anyone could ever ask for, my mum just like my sister, always say they would not use any other care agency.
