Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the service in accordance with CQC regulations and Fundamental Standards.
· Drive business growth and develop relationships with local stakeholders and referral sources.
· Ensure effective governance, quality assurance, and safeguarding practices.
· Support, develop, and inspire the staff team.
· Promote a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding person-centred care.
Essential Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care.
· Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations and adult safeguarding.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
· A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it).
· A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
