The Review Score of 9.9 (9.900) out of 10 for Swan Care Group Ltd is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)
The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Swan Care Group Ltd is based on 9 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 4.9
For nearly 11 years, I served as a Management Accountant for two Nursing and Residential Homes in Leicester and Derby. This tenure enriched me with deep insights into the financial dynamics of the healthcare sector and the operational intricacies of the care industry.
My role provided me a comprehensive view of the various elements essential to the successful management of a healthcare organisation, including care delivery, compliance, and health and safety.
In 2022, I took the leap to establish my own venture in the sector, leveraging the wealth of experience I had accumulated. Thus, Swan Care Group Ltd was born. After securing the company’s CQC Registration, registering with the local council, and initiating our marketing efforts in Leicester, we expanded. Last year marked the inauguration of two additional branches in Northampton and London, broadening our services to include domiciliary care and supported living.
The business of care is not only financially rewarding but also profoundly fulfilling, as it supports individuals in leading independent lives. Our ethos is inspired by the principle ‘In the Joy of others, lies our own’, a maxim of my spiritual guide that resonates deeply with our mission at Swan Care Group Ltd. Our team embodies this philosophy, striving to deliver exceptional care that empowers our service users to live life to its fullest potential.
Initially, our care company operated under a different name, but we later rebranded to Swan Care Group Ltd. The swan symbolises spiritual grace and the ability to navigate through challenges with inner strength and self-belief—qualities we instil in our staff and encourage in those we care for. Our goal is to be a catalyst for positive transformation in people’s lives, offering hope and empowerment to both staff and service users during trying times.
Our commitment extends beyond care provision; we aim to forge enduring bonds with regulators, service users’ families, stakeholders, and most importantly, the service users themselves. We are dedicated to delivering unparalleled care, engaging in voluntary and charitable endeavours, and nurturing a business that serves the community at large. Profit, while necessary, is not our sole objective; our focus is on creating a community-centric enterprise that benefits all involved.
This encapsulates the vision behind the inception of Swan Care and our collective aspiration to build a thriving enterprise that prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of our service users and their families.

I’m Falguni Sanghvi, and I am currently the Operational Manager at Swancare. My role is centred on providing compassionate, person-centred care and ensuring that our services enhance the lives of those we support. I believe that exceptional care goes beyond meeting physical needs; it’s about nurturing mental, emotional, and social well-being. I am passionate about supporting our service users in maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life, while fostering a strong sense of community and connection.
In my role, I ensure that we deliver consistent, high-quality care services while supporting the mental well-being of every individual we work with. I focus on creating a safe, caring, and empathetic environment where service users feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their journey.
How I Support the Community:
As an Operational Manager at Swancare, I play a key role in delivering services that positively impact both individuals and the broader community. My work is dedicated to:
Promoting Mental Well-being: I believe in taking a holistic approach to care, where mental health is prioritised alongside physical health. I work to ensure that all our staff are trained to recognise and respond to the emotional and psychological needs of our service users, providing a calming and supportive atmosphere.
Person-Centred Care: Every service user is unique, and I ensure that we tailor our approach to meet their individual needs and preferences. This personalised care is crucial for building trust, reducing anxiety, and encouraging a sense of self-worth in our service users.
Community Engagement: I strive to build connections within the local community to offer our service users opportunities to remain engaged, active, and integrated. By collaborating with local organisations and initiatives, we can ensure that people feel part of something bigger than just the care they receive.
Support for Families: I understand the challenges that families face when a loved one requires care, so I ensure that we maintain open communication with them. I provide guidance and support, empowering families to feel more confident in their decisions and in the care process.
My Role in Enhancing Well-being:
In my role, I oversee the day-to-day operations at Swancare to ensure that each service user’s well-being is at the heart of everything we do. Some of the key ways I contribute include:
Empowering Service Users: I focus on empowering service users to take an active role in their care. By promoting independence and giving them a voice in their care plans, we help foster self-confidence and mental resilience.
Mental Health Training: I ensure that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide emotional and psychological support, including recognising signs of stress, anxiety, and depression. Our caregivers are trained to offer not only physical care but also companionship and emotional support.
Creating Meaningful Connections: It’s important that service users feel a sense of connection, so I prioritise activities that encourage socialisation, self-expression, and meaningful interaction. Whether it’s through group activities, creative outlets, or one-to-one support, we aim to help our clients feel heard and understood.
Fostering a Supportive Environment: I ensure that Swancare’s approach is based on kindness, patience, and respect. My team works tirelessly to create a supportive environment that contributes to the emotional and mental well-being of everyone we care for.
My Approach to Service Excellence:
I firmly believe that a positive and supportive environment contributes significantly to the mental well-being of individuals. By combining my experience in operational management with my passion for compassionate care, I am committed to continually enhancing the quality of our services and ensuring that each individual is supported to lead a fulfilling life.
Whether it’s creating personalised care plans, addressing emotional well-being, or fostering connections within the community, my focus remains on improving the lives of those in our care and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

I have successfully completed my master’s degree with merit in the UK. During my professional practice, I interned with Pulse Social Sports Group CIC as a trainee marketing strategist, where I acquired a comparative understanding of the corporate and marketing sectors. My tenure at Swan Care spans nearly a year.
My career at Swan Care began as a Care Worker, from which I advanced to the position of Community Care Manager, and most recently, I have been promoted to the role of Care Manager.
In my capacity, I am committed to ensuring that we deliver a safe and person-centred service, treating our service users holistically, and addressing not just their needs but their entire being, with holistic and compassionate support.
Swan Care’s dedication to continuous learning and development is exemplary. In line with this, Swan Care sponsored my enrollment in an AET Level 3 course for Train the Trainer, and I am currently pursuing a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
I take great pride in my role and in being a part of the Swan Care Team, which is characterized by a positive work environment and a set of shared values.
