We're now seeking friendly well organised individuals wishing to make a real positive difference to the users of our very individualised care at home service in East Renfrewshire and Glasgow Southside.
Whilst previous experience is preferred it is not necessary as full training is provided. Students and those choosing to change careers are encouraged to apply.
Peoples Care Solutions is recruiting frontline home carers to support older people in their own homes across East Renfrewshire G46, G76, G77 (Newton Mearns, Clarkston, Busby, Giffnock.

Hours:
16 to 35 hours per week contracted.
Opportunity to work additional hours.
Flexibility possible, but to agreed work patterns.
Core Hours:
0730 to 1315 and 1345 to 2115 daily.
Location: East Renfrewshire (G77) .Successful applicants should reside within 30 minutes for G77 and hold a full UK driving licence, and have access to own vehicle
Salary: £13 95 per hour. Enhanced rate £21.85 for 8 public holidays. 28 days pro rata) paid annual holiday

Role:
Previous experience is helpful but not essential.
An organised, caring and compassionate approach is required.
Transferable skills and values are important. Delivering care 4 pairs of up to for visits a day
Responsibilities:
Carry out scheduled visits to individuals in their own homes up to 4 times a day.
Careful and thought people enabling them to continue to live at home safely to maximise that independence.
Develop professional relationships through mutual trust and communicating effectively.
Be a committed frontline carers team player.
Maintaining required standards at all times.
Evidence visits information by writing in Daily Record books.
Ensure management are given timely feedback; our frontline home carers are our ‘eyes and ears’.
