I am very happy with the service all girls are friendly and hardworking and very prompt, they are asked to do many duties and more times than less perform extras to help my mother comfortable and safe.

I cannot recommend highly enough. The difference between this company and mum's previous care companies is like night and day. They are very professional, very caring and respect her dignity. She is much more relaxed and comfortable. Previously she was quite agitated and scared at times. They have taken the pressure off me, making my life less stressful and allowing me to enjoy visiting my mum. I can't thank them enough.

They shower me every morning, wash, dry, dress me and apply cream as required, check and observe my skin and any falls I've had, wee chats too

The family is extremely satisfied with the care and attention that Mum receives on a daily basis. The carers are all very professional in their approach even if Mum is a little uncooperative. Her needs are adequately met and the family are reassured by this. Communication between carers and family members is very good. If there are any issues regarding Mum's wellbeing (which are few), they are addressed with a phone call to a family member. The carer rota is also emailed out weekly which is very helpful. There are several carers in particular who are particularly efficient and caring, going out of their way to make Mum feel relaxed, comfortable and safe in her own home.

My wife has been receiving care from Christina's since February 2026. The care, attention and empathy has been excellent towards both my wife (client) and myself (carer), nothing is too much bother for all carers who have visited our home to carry out the caring role. Thank you to you all. It's such a relief to know that regardless of who visits, the level of care is consistently high.

My overall experience of Christina's home care service is very good. I do feel I daily have to check everything gets done. I do think I do get lots of new staff who have not noted all duties to do but will get all things right after a week or two. Sometimes I notice that washings are missed and other times not hung up, also wrong items placed in the outside bins, bedsheets not always changed.

The carers have provided good support for my elderly dad, and as a family we couldn't be more grateful. They are kind, patient and respectful, taking time to understand his needs and get to know him. Having this service has allowed my dad to continue to live at home. Communication is excellent, and detailed daily updates keep us informed. Thank you.
