Established 22 years ago, Peoples Care Solutions Ltd by Christina's Home Care takes pride in providing quality home care services to people in East Renfrewshire and Glasgow Southside.

Services available are wide ranging to meet the needs of the individual. This includes personal care, help preparing meals, medication management, reablement, support attending appointments or social outings, as well as general companionship.

Team Christina's are well experienced and are chosen for their compassion, kindness, understanding and patience. They aim to support individuals to continue living in their own homes and maintain their lifestyles and, whenever possible, continue to be an active member of their community.

The family is extremely satisfied with the care and attention that Mum receives on a daily basis. The carers are all very professional in their approach even if Mum is a little uncooperative. Her needs are adequately met and the family are reassured by this. Communication between carers and family members
is very good. If there are any issues regarding Mum's wellbeing (which are few), they are addressed with a phone call to a family member. The carer rota is also emailed out weekly which is very helpful. There are several carers in particular who are particularly efficient and caring, going out of their way to make Mum feel relaxed, comfortable and safe in her own home.

The care, attention and empathy has been excellent towards both my wife (client) and myself (carer), nothing is too much bother for all carers who have visited our home to carry out the caring role. My overall experience of Christina's home care service is very good. I do feel I daily have to check everything gets done. I do think I do get lots of new staff who have not noted all duties to do but will get all things right after a week or two. Sometimes I notice that washings are missed and other
times not hung up, also wrong items placed in the outside bins, bedsheets not always changed.

I'm the live-in carer. The you're "it" carer. Christina's carers don't live in but let me step out for a few moments of untold "phew" while I'm not in charge while they take over. Sometimes it's wash, change, feed. Sometimes it's just talk to her for a few minutes while I go outside.
Always on time.
Always do what's needed. Always nice. Always so welcome.

In general the care received has been good, reliable and professional. Carers go above and beyond at times an example being on an icy cold day, a carer put salt on the path to make it safer for transporting my dad to hospital by ambulance. We have four care visits each day. Visits are consistent and
mainly the same times. Gap between afternoon/bedtime visits can be 4 1/2 hours and 2 1/2 hours, after experiencing several care providers, we would recommend Christina's Home Care.

Friendly, caring team whom my aunt enjoyed interacting with. My aunt was very keen to ensure Christina's Home Care continued to be her care provider after two weeks in hospital and was delighted when her wish came true.

It is a hugely positive experience. They are pleasant, engaging and very competent in their jobs. The girls (as I call them) make a big effort to accommodate my needs and are very attentive as to what suits me. They know the procedures well, and what is appropriate and what is not. I have huge confidence
in their abilities and capabilities. I am more than just a client, I am a person and they treat me with dignity. I simply couldn't do without them. Their input and involvement has changed my life completely. I look forward to seeing them and we have a good laugh in the process.

Very helpful. Allows us to be confident mother will have visits from carers every day. As I live some distance away it is a great reassurance that mother is safe and getting care she needs. All the ladies are very helpful and mother has got to know most of them now and is very happy with service.
