We at Christina's very much appreciate your taking the time to write your review. We are committed to providing individualised care and support to each and every one of those people we visit, to enable them to continue to enjoy their quality of life in their own homes. We aim to have continuity of visiting carers, given the operational need to ensure our staff supports those experiencing particular problems. We carry out reviews of agreed care plans at least every 6 months; we consider such communication very important.
