Overall Experience

In general the care received has been good, reliable and professional. Carers go above and beyond at times an example being on an icy cold day, a carer put salt on the path to make it safer for transporting my dad to hospital by ambulance. We have four care visits each day. Visits are consistent and mainly the same times. Gap between afternoon/bedtime visits can be 4 1/2 hours and 2 1/2 hours, after experiencing several care providers, we would recommend Christina's Home Care.

Friendly, caring team whom my aunt enjoyed interacting with. My aunt was very keen to ensure Christina's Home Care continued to be her care provider after two weeks in hospital and was delighted when her wish came true.

Overall Experience

It is a hugely positive experience. They are pleasant, engaging and very competent in their jobs. The girls (as I call them) make a big effort to accommodate my needs and are very attentive as to what suits me. They know the procedures well, and what is appropriate and what is not. I have huge confidence in their abilities and capabilities. I am more than just a client, I am a person and they treat me with dignity. I simply couldn't do without them. Their input and involvement has changed my life completely. I look forward to seeing them and we have a good laugh in the process.

The staff have provided a much-needed service to ensure independence is kept. Staff are cheerful, which is uplifting. They are all very polite and caring.

Very helpful. Allows us to be confident mother will have visits from carers every day. As I live some distance away it is a great reassurance that mother is safe and getting care she needs. All the ladies are very helpful and mother has got to know most of them now and is very happy with service.

I am 104 years of age and dependent on their out of bed service, lunch and dinner then nighttime tuck in. I feel that there wonderful carers go one step beyond their basic duties, which is so comforting to me.

Service is excellent , all the carers are very professional and get on very well with my dad and look after his needs very well.

They are flexible with timings and dad's changing needs as he gets older.

A fantastic service. The girls are great and so helpful. It makes such a difference for me to get this help to get help with personal care in the morning and the evening. They treat you with dignity and never make you feel uncomfortable. Any time I need to call the office they are always lovely and helpful.

I am happy with the care and support I receive. I find the carers treat me with respect and dignity and support me with areas of my day to day living and personal care that I am no longer able to do myself. As per my agreed care plan, with the assistance of my carers, I am able to live as independently as possible in my house. Between my carers and my familys help, my daily needs are well taken care of.

Overall Experience

The care I have received has been excellent, and consistently so from the start. The staff are warm, friendly and chatty, and take time to get to know me. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they really brighten up my day. Having the same staff attending to me has been really great, as all faces and voices are familiar, and know me well. The staff are kind and well trained, the management are professional, and helpful with befriending me sometimes when needed. I am very happy overall with the care I receive from this company.

Overall Experience

I had homecare from a different provider since 2017. In 2025, my wife required homecare with 2x persons to assist, so our provider changed after 8 years. At first, I wasn't sure how I felt about this, however. The staff have worked hard to get to know me and my wife, and they've been excellent with us, in particular in looking after my wife. They're always cheery and brighten up my day, and my daughter who lives with us couldn't manage without their invaluable support and camaraderie. Very professional and caring at the same time.
