Cymorth Llaw Ltd provides a range of services to a varied client group within North West Wales region of Gwynedd, Ynys Mon and Conwy.

The post allows for flexible working hours that works around you and your family. The care we provide is planned accordingly to the Individuals needs.

This gives our care staff the correct amount of time to conduct their tasks sufficiently and travel from one client to another and above all, give you a work life balance. There is no need for staff to rush or feel they have to complete their tasks within a short period of time and improve the quality of care we give people to live independently.

Clients may be vulnerable, suffering from a physical disability and/or suffering from chronic health conditions. Client care requirements may be over short- or long-term period.

- Flexible work on either Days / evenings, Weekend shifts available (Nights shift might be available depending on demand)

- Guaranteed contractual hours offered.

- Experienced candidates are preferable but not essential as full training given and Induction. Support is also provided in registration with Social Care Wales.

- Car driver is desirable; however, non-drivers are welcome to apply as some care packages may be within reasonable distance from home

- Staff paid full hourly rate for all training provided

£13.45 Per hour day rate (Monday to Sunday)

Travel Time paid at NLW

£127.10 - £144.50 paid per night. Shifts usually from 10pm - 8am (Sleep or Awake)

Mileage allowance paid at 45p per mile

Minimum Application Criteria

· Must be 18+ Must have own transport / reliable access to suitable vehicle for personal use.

· Business Insurance cover required

· Experience preferred but not essential - training provided (cost met by company)

Brief

· Post involves providing personal care, support & companionship to people in their own home.

· Competitive hourly rate

· Mileage Allowance paid and Paid Travel Time if applicable for shift

· On-going training given NVQ / QCF Diploma level (various)

· Support with registration with Social Care Wales (SCW)

· Optional stakeholder pension available

· Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.

· Disclosure expense will be met by applicant.
