We're looking for an ambitious and passionate Registered Care Manager to lead our growing domiciliary care service. Whether you're already a CQC Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy or Care Manager ready to take the next step, we'll provide the support, training and guidance you need to succeed.

About the Role

As Registered Care Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and customer satisfaction.

You'll work closely with the directors to grow the business while maintaining the person-centred values that Heritage Healthcare is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering with CQC as the Registered Manager (or working towards registration with our full support)
• Leading and developing a motivated, compassionate care team
• Ensuring outstanding, person-centred care is delivered to every client
• Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and legislation
• Managing recruitment, staff supervision, training and performance
• Conducting audits, quality assurance and continuous service improvement
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and local stakeholders
• Supporting business development and helping the branch continue to grow
• Participating in the management on-call rota

About You

You'll be an organised, confident leader who genuinely cares about delivering outstanding home care.

Essential

• Experience within domiciliary care
• Previous experience in a senior leadership role such as Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator or Registered Manager
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
• Flexibility to participate in the on-call rota

Desirable

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
• Experience preparing for or managing CQC inspections
• Business development or branch growth experience
