A caring and efficient team, they go out of their way to help and listen to you.
I receive good service. I'm lucky to have 3 good carers. They seem to understand what I want, and if I have to ask, it's no trouble. When I was taken ill last summer the carer organised an ambulance and got me into hospital. Why does home care pay mileage allowance for carers with cars, but does not compensate carers who use public transport or bicycles? Surely anyone who can avoid using a car for work should be supported?
I have found the carers to be very friendly and 'professional' when they visit. They all ensure that I receive the care that I require in a most agreeable manner.
Very good experience from all staff. Service is provided efficiently with good humour.
Could come earlier. Have to cancel some visits if going out sometimes.
Heritage Healthcare continues to deliver excellent service largely due to the quality of its carers who are consistently thoughtful and respectful of my Father helping us to safeguard Dad's quality of life, and to remain at home in familiar surroundings. He otherwise might face life in a care home where his needs would be managed alongside those of other residents. At home, and with the professionalism and commitment of our Heritage carers, he enjoys one on one care enhancing his enjoyment of life despite being bed bound. We remain very happy clients and would not hesitate in recommending the company to others.
Thank you for your kind words! We are very pleased to hear that we are able to bring joy and comfort to your father and we hope to continue providing an excellent service.
Understand the needs of the client. Flexible and responsive to changes on a daily basis. Caring staff, who in the main, prepared to fo the extra mile. Any issues with new staff are usually addressed quickly when raised with management.
Everyone good and very helpful.
Good
I was only a service user for approximately three months so I can only give you a small review based on that timescale. I had two carers for most of the five days of the week, who I go to know, so I felt I could trust them in a way that I felt comfortable and safe when I was given a shower and hair wash by either of them. I would have different staff on a weekend but these tended to be the same ones each weekend, therefore, I would have to get to know them as well. The two during the week where very kind and I felt comfortable in their company. They gave me recipes and advice on vegetarian food, even though I've been one for 34 years and I'm still open to suggestions. The management was particularly nice and open to listening to any issues/problems that may have come up. It is a shame I had to leave only as they couldn't provide the extra care required.
Lovely staff who go out of their way to help and support. Nothing is too much trouble.
This company takes care of me very well.
Good routine with regular carer who knows what is required. Not so easy when she has time off. It would help if there was a regular who covered but I have seen 5 or 6 different carers and have to tell them what to do. I am not at all my best when I have only just woken up. It may not be practical, but I would prefer for 2 regular carers covering that spot.
