I think it's excellent, staff always on time, helpful and supportive in whatever I choose to do. I feel that I and my family are always treated with dignity and respect. I feel I can always request extra shifts to fit around appointments. I enjoy being able to access the community, go to cinema, shopping,

We've had help and support with being discharged from hospital, to providing daily care in our own home. They have contacted various community services on our behalf, including meds from the pharmacy. They have been very reassuring and understanding to us both. They have made a very daunting time easy,
and all with a friendly, polite manner. They even pamper the pooch, too. Thanks for everything. Highly recommend

Windsor Heritage Health Care have been incredible in supporting my mother in their care for her. From the very beginning, it was very clear that they truly understand that this is a vocation and their dedication and kindness have been evident in every situation.


When Mum went into hospital, they regularly

checked in on her well-being and did a fantastic job of ensuring that the transition back home was as smooth as possible. This was challenging because the hospital kept changing its mind about the discharge date. They made a difficult situation so much easier.
The carers have been phenomenal in their support for Mum, and we appreciate all they have done. They help her physically but are also so good with her emotional welfare.


The care notes system really helps us to stay informed about what is going on.


A brilliant service and I would highly recommend them.

I have been using this care company for the last 18 months. I was hesitant at first to use a care company but this one been perfect they understand, listern and treat me with dignity. They help me where I need from my physio to my mental health and it feels so good that I can rely on a health care service
I can trust. The staff are always so happy and friendly. I thank them every day for their hard work, dedication and make me feel like im not trapped but have a friend I can rely on. I recommend this care service to all as they are reliable and kind a rare find for any care company nowadays.

We couldn't ask for better or more caring carers for our mum who is bed bound due to a stroke. They have made life a lot easier for both mum and us and always take into consideration what mum needs or any worries we have. The management staff are very accommodating and are easy to get in touch with
if we have any concerns or need to change carer visits etc. The app is also great and keep us updated with each care visit. Would highly recommend Heritage to anyone.

Heritage Care have been nothing but supportive, professional and caring regarding the care provided for my mother. The situation presented is ongoing and has been exceptionally fiddly, yet Heritage Care have always been ready to help, discuss progress and ways forward and been flexible beyond the norm
to accommodate changing care needs. Their professional care reviews and updates are hugely helpful in a stressful situation and their care for the client is unmatched. The individuals of the care team and friendly, engaging, hard working and reliable. The management staff are supremely quick to respond at any time of the day and exceptionally professional. I cannot recommend their services more.

I cannot thank Heritage Healthcare enough for the incredible care they provide for my mum. From the very first day, the whole team have shown kindness, patience and genuine compassion. Knowing she is in such safe and caring hands gives me real peace of mind.
The carers treat Mum with dignity and respect,
but also with warmth and friendship. They really take the time to get to know her and always go above and beyond to make sure she feels comfortable and happy. She looks forward to seeing them, and it's made such a positive difference to her day-to-day life.
As her daughter, it means the world to me to see how well she is looked after. Heritage Healthcare don't just provide excellent care, they provide reassurance, companionship and trust - everything you would hope for in a care company. I would recommend them to any family without hesitation.

From the moment the manager walked into the house I knew my mum was in safe hands. Time was taken during the initial assessment to get to know Mum and to talk through options.
I was present for the first care visit, which went incredibly well. The carer was delightful, very kind and patient with Mum,

My husband's care has been very good each morning, and he really looks forward to his little trips out with Rohit.
It's only been a week and all good so far. It has helped, and I know it will continue to help as I begin my chemotherapy in the next couple of weeks.

We have been using Heritage Healthcare for 5 months now and I would highly recommend them. All the carers are caring, conscientious and kind and my father looks forward to their visits. The management and office staff are extremely supportive, efficient and professional. Their communication is excellent
and they go over and above to assist with adhoc requests, a recent example being when antibiotics were prescribed and I could not collect from the pharmacy before they closed. When I informed Heritage of the situation, without hesitation they reassured me they would be able to help and co-ordinated the teatime carer to collect the medication from the pharmacy enroute, so they could add to the Medication Chart and administer without delay. Amazing service and support which we are so very thankful for.

Heritage Health Care has been absolutely brilliant in helping with the care of my dad who has Alzheimer's. From the initial meeting with Joely, who answered all of my mum's concerns with a complete understanding of the situation, to the daily carers who came in to assist dad with his morning routine,
we could not have asked for more.
We had regular carers who got to know dad and bonded with him by tapping into his cheeky personality. They were also brilliant at helping mum with bits and pieces of housework after they had got Dad showered and dressed.
After a very bad and stressful night, mum called Heritage to see if they could offer more help. An 'emergency' carer came round that morning which was a huge help, and we were able to increase the amount of care received very quickly.
We would not hesitate to recommend Heritage Health Care to anyone needing any kind of help - the fact that mum called the carers 'my angels' says it all.

I find it difficult to climb in and out of the shower. I have been treated with kindness and respect and not treated like an old fool. I've had help from all the carers, not just one, with this task. I'd like to thank them all for their professionalism.

Excellent carers, always happy and on time. No complaints at all. They always spend full time with me. Excellent service very pleased. I feel confident that I am able to leave the house without any worries. Care managers was very helpful.
