The Heritage Healthcare Trafford and Cheshire care team is carefully recruited, trained, referenced and DBS checked at an enhanced level. The team provides clients with a range of personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping/domestic duties, companionship, hospital convalescence, and live-in care services. Our family cannot rate Heritage Healthcare highly enough! The management and the wonderful team of carers have been supporting my mum and dad for a couple of years now, and are the reason my mum is able to stay on in her home now my dad has died. They are extremely responsive and kind, and truly look
after my mum as a person. When we first met the manager we were struck by how well she understands the practicalities of giving care in a dignifed way, and this approach runs through everything HH does. Mum really loves getting to know the different helpers and looks on them as friends - thank you to the whole team!

I have been highly impressed by the outstanding caring ethos of Heritage . Initially , an appropriate care package was agreed paying particular attention to supporting my wife with her declining memory and reduced cognitive function . We have been delighted at the carers' professionalism , compassion
and enthusiasm for the job . They understand my wife's needs and always provide excellent support , including personal care , meals and drinks , and engagement and stimulation . They encourage regular mobility , walks in our garden or further afield at National Trust parks , utilising their own transport when required . The carers show initiative by volunteering to undertake chores around the house without being asked .
Overall , the carers provide great comfort to my wife and myself .
In conclusion , I highly recommend Heritage and their excellent team of carers .
The two Directors provide quality and inspiring leadership to all staff , and set and maintain high standards .

I cannot speak highly of Heritage Care I started using them for my uncle in July 2023. I required this additional support to help me to care for my uncle. We were visited by one staff member in particular initially to discuss my uncles care package. They were able to put this in place very quickly
and have continued to adapt to his ever changing needs. The carers treat my uncle with great care and dignity in so much as he feels very comfortable with the carers. They support me with my holiday cover when required and can always adapt to extra cover at short notice. My uncle has also used the service for going out to lunch and enjoyed very much too. I can't thank you enough for everything you do everyday and continue to do supporting my uncle and me. A big thank you

We required some night care for mum, who has complex needs. Having used Heritage before we felt more than happy to reach out to the team once again. The standard of care given to mum is above and beyond what we hoped for. The whole experience has been amazing, in what has been a stressful period for
the whole family. The professionalism of the team is outstanding from the first point of contact to talking to the team and arranging the calls. The care, understanding and support has really been appreciated. A special mention needs to go out to the carer. She is especially caring, giving the highest standard of individualised care for mum. She allows mum to keep her dignity and respects and supports her through some tough times. I couldn't recommend the company enough.

I can not speak more highly of the team at Heritage Care. From the initial telephone conversation,(not knowing where to begin), but being reassured and given genuine caring advice to then visiting and providing help and companionship to my husband, it made such a difference. Nothing is too much trouble
and the standard of professionalism and empathy is outstanding. The staff are kind, professional and provide a marvellous service.

Professional, compassionate, exceptional service and care provided in looking after our Mum for months prior to and during end of life. The manager and her team were the backbone and crucial support to our Mum remaining in her own home as she wished. Each and every person from Heritage gave time and
care to Mum and us, that we had not witnessed anywhere else or been able to have access to. Without this care, Mum would not have been able to remain at home. She was treated with the utmost respect and dignity, attending to all her needs whilst giving Mum the conversation and company that she looked forward to having. She built a rapport with all the carers and was very fond of them, if we could name each one of you here, we would. Thank you will never be enough to show our eternal gratitude to you all, for each and every day care and to the manager for being there in her professional and caring capacity at the very end for Mum and us when we needed her. My husband has a neurological condition and I have employed Heritage Healthcare in Altrincham over the last year. They help with all his personal care, the staff have met with our physio to continue with his specific exercises. One of The best things I can say about Heritage Healthcare is that all the
staff care about my husband which is quite rare in this industry. They have been willing to go above and beyond. I feel completely comfortable leaving him in their care, the staff are trustworthy warm and friendly.

Just Amazing! I got married last week and it was a bit of a journey to arrange for my mum to be there at my wedding. After a few companies told us that our mother needed higher-level care, thinking the plan was impossible, the manager came to meet the family and straight away made us feel so at ease
about the potential of Mum joining us for the day. This all felt too good to be true. We were very lucky to have this carer allocated to my mum for the day. The carer came to meet us the week before and was instantly loved by us all. She made the impossible possible. Mum was there all day and all night with the carer's A star care. She was such a great addition to our day in every way - even held my bouquet during the ceremony. This is all bearing in mind that my mum is totally immobile and has barely left the house in 7 years. Just incredible - thank you so much Heritage for everything.

Heritage Healthcare have been taking excellent care of my mother for over a year now. The team of carers that look after Mum is kept small and consistent so that she can get to know them well and feel comfortable with them. This also means that the carers know my mum well too and if they go grocery
shopping for her they know all her favorite things to buy.
Communication from the management is very good and they are proactive in suggesting changes to the schedule or care provided based on how my mum is doing. They also do an excellent job of keeping track of Mum's appointments for her and adjusting the visit schedule as necessary to accommodate them.
I am also impressed at the range of services that Heritage provide. Everything from shopping to day trips to housekeeping, checking that medications are being taken on schedule and much more.
I do not live close by and therefore it is important for me to know that my mum is in good hands and being well looked after. Thank you Heritage.

Heritage Healthcare (Trafford and Cheshire) provides a truly excellent level of care for my mother. The staff are professional, punctual and have a high level of knowledge about my mother's needs. Mum has dementia and her carers are unfailingly kind and respectful. Mum lives with us, and it is lovely
to hear the laughter and chatting that goes on in her room when her carer is here. I have also found the management staff very pleasant and helpful. All in all, I would say that Heritage Healthcare offers a fantastic service and that they respect and respond to the individual needs of clients and their families.

We are new to needing a home care organisation and Heritage Healthcare have been easy to deal with and approachable. Our Mum seems to have been happy and comfortable with the care she receives. The carers are kind and respectful. We are all learning as we go and staff are responsive to our questions

I thoroughly recommend the staff and management at Heritage Healthcare to anyone who needs extra care and support for their loved ones.
I have just engaged them for the third time for my Mum who has dementia and needs extra company and care. They previously looked after my father-in-law and aunt. The
needs of each individual have been quite different but the staff are so experienced, caring, thoughtful and adaptable. The staff are friendly and reliable and always go that little bit extra.
The staff have made such a difference to the lives of not only the cared for but also my family as well.
Currently Mum is getting out for walks, shopping and lunch and this has made such a difference to her. It really is such a great support. Thank you for being there for us.
