Communication from the management is very good and they are proactive in suggesting changes to the schedule or care provided based on how my mum is doing. They also do an excellent job of keeping track of Mum's appointments for her and adjusting the visit schedule as necessary to accommodate them.
I am also impressed at the range of services that Heritage provide. Everything from shopping to day trips to housekeeping, checking that medications are being taken on schedule and much more.
I do not live close by and therefore it is important for me to know that my mum is in good hands and being well looked after. Thank you Heritage.

Heritage Healthcare (Trafford and Cheshire) provides a truly excellent level of care for my mother. The staff are professional, punctual and have a high level of knowledge about my mother's needs. Mum has dementia and her carers are unfailingly kind and respectful. Mum lives with us, and it is lovely to hear the laughter and chatting that goes on in her room when her carer is here. I have also found the management staff very pleasant and helpful. All in all, I would say that Heritage Healthcare offers a fantastic service and that they respect and respond to the individual needs of clients and their families.

We are new to needing a home care organisation and Heritage Healthcare have been easy to deal with and approachable. Our Mum seems to have been happy and comfortable with the care she receives. I have just engaged them for the third time for my Mum who has dementia and needs extra company and care. They previously looked after my father-in-law and aunt. The needs of each individual have been quite different but the staff are so experienced, caring, thoughtful and adaptable. The staff are friendly and reliable and always go that little bit extra.
The staff have made such a difference to the lives of not only the cared for but also my family as well.

At least once a year my sister returns to Canada to visit her family and friends there, often for several weeks at a time. This is when we have called on Heritage Healthcare to assist.
The manager and her team are professional, courteous, and most importantly, reliable. The care packages they offer are very reasonably priced, also important where budgets are concerned.
Mum has really enjoyed interacting with the Heritage carers, who provide a much more personal service than the statutory team. We will have no hesitation on calling upon Heritage in the future to assist with Mum's care needs.

We have been so pleased with the care, help and knowledge that Heritage Healthcare (Trafford & Cheshire) have given the family and very importantly my parents who both have early dementia. Their visits are looked forward to by both mum and dad and I get regular up dates, photos and immediate contact from the carers, if there are issues. I have seen improvement in my mum's well-being and happiness with the increased interaction and attention she receives. My parents were initially very anxious and negative about getting home care but the process from the first introduction by the manager and now regular care visits by a carer has all been a very positive experience! As a family we feel very reassured that we have now found help that we are confident with and can increase as we will need to going forward.

My mum has been receiving daily bed calls from Heritage Healthcare (Trafford & Cheshire) since October. Carers are compassionate, attentive to her needs and quickly escalate any concerns to the registered manager. Calls are attended very punctually. The registered manager is excellent in keeping in regular communication with me by email and phone, raising any concerns with me and with other providers where necessary and care reviews occur regularly. The team go above and beyond in meeting service users needs, the registered manager even did some shifts herself at the start to ensure care could be provided for my mum seamlessly when changes were made to her previous care plan and there were likely to be delays before regular carers could start. Cannot recommend them enough!

Since mid-January we have been able to reduce the hours to 3 times a week of 2 hrs to help with daily chores around the home. Something she has managed without for 94 years!
Introducing carers suddenly to the elderly is not without its issues and it is understandable that they feel invaded in their own home. There were a couple of teething issues but these were dealt with professionally and with sensitivity.

With over 18 years of experience in recruitment, within the hospitality and home care sectors, Liz has always been focused on quality and providing excellent customer service. For the last 6 years, she has worked within Domiciliary care, overseeing recruitment, training, and carer development and has developed a love for the sector; even more so following personal family experiences. Liz is passionate about retaining an experienced, loyal team of home care professionals whom clients can trust and rely upon.
Joely has worked within Health and Social Care for many years, undertaking all roles and responsibilities from Carer through to Registered Care Manager.
