Heritage Healthcare Trafford and Cheshire is committed to providing expert care and support to adults, allowing them to continue living independently in the comfort of their own home within the whole of Trafford and the surrounding Cheshire areas.

The Heritage Healthcare Trafford and Cheshire care team is carefully recruited, trained, referenced and DBS checked at an enhanced level. The team provides clients with a range of personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping/domestic duties, companionship, hospital convalescence, and live-in care services. They also offer support with Dementia care and Respite care.

The Heritage Healthcare team came in after my mother had a fall and needed home care support.
The staff were just amazing, making sure she had everything she needed to make her convalescence as speedy and as comfortable as possible. I would thoroughly recommend Heritage Healthcare to anyone in need
of a helping hand.

When my father died four years ago it left me solely responsible for the care of my disabled mother. As a single man with a full-time job this was extremely challenging. So much so that my sister took the decision to relocate from Canada to the UK in order to assist me with this responsibility. Mum
is provided with statutory care by the local authority. This covers the absolute basics.
At least once a year my sister returns to Canada to visit her family and friends there, often for several weeks at a time. This is when we have called on Heritage Healthcare to assist.
The manager and her team are professional, courteous, and most importantly, reliable. The care packages they offer are very reasonably priced, also important where budgets are concerned.
Mum has really enjoyed interacting with the Heritage carers, who provide a much more personal service than the statutory team. We will have no hesitation on calling upon Heritage in the future to assist with Mum's care needs.

From the first minute I dealt with and the team it felt not only professional but also very courteous. This care provider has impressed me very much in terms of its responsible use of PPE in these dangerous times, the excellence of the personal care that is provided for me, the friendly and respectful attitude of the joint owners and the ladies who come out to me, their readiness to go the extra mile
to help me in little things that I might otherwise find difficult, their punctuality and other things too. I unhesitatingly award them top marks!

I am extremely pleased to have Heritage Healthcare. I have recently changed to them and both the carers and management are already an important part of my life. I have multiple conditions and my carers are very understanding and helpful. The management are very trying all they can to improve my wellbeing.
Another important factor is they are always on time and very reliable.

We have been so pleased with the care, help and knowledge that Heritage Healthcare (Trafford & Cheshire) have given the family and very importantly my parents who both have early dementia. Their visits are looked forward to by both mum and dad and I get regular up dates, photos and immediate contact
from the carers, if there are issues. I have seen improvement in my mum's well-being and happiness with the increased interaction and attention she receives. My parents were initially very anxious and negative about getting home care but the process from the first introduction by the manager and now regular care visits by a carer has all been a very positive experience! As a family we feel very reassured that we have now found help that we are confident with and can increase as we will need to going forward.

My mum has been receiving daily bed calls from Heritage Healthcare (Trafford & Cheshire) since October. Carers are compassionate, attentive to her needs and quickly escalate any concerns to the registered manager. Calls are attended very punctually. The registered manager is excellent in keeping in
regular communication with me by email and phone, raising any concerns with me and with other providers where necessary and care reviews occur regularly. The team go above and beyond in meeting service users needs, the registered manager even did some shifts herself at the start to ensure care could be provided for my mum seamlessly when changes were made to her previous care plan and there were likely to be delays before regular carers could start. Cannot recommend them enough!

Can't thank Heritage Healthcare in Altrincham, enough for the speed with which they managed to instigate full-time care for my mother who was taken ill suddenly over the Christmas and New year week. It was very reassuring to know that she was being cared for at home especially as I live 2hrs drive away.
Since
mid-January we have been able to reduce the hours to 3 times a week of 2 hrs to help with daily chores around the home. Something she has managed without for 94 years!
Introducing carers suddenly to the elderly is not without its issues and it is understandable that they feel invaded in their own home. There were a couple of teething issues but these were dealt with professionally and with sensitivity.

I cannot praise the Heritage Healthcare team enough for their care, support and understanding whilst trying to sort out care for my grandma. They are always prompt during their visits and complete all required tasks thoroughly and discreetly, the way my grandma would have done it herself. They have
already built a solid relationship with her over a matter of months and I will be sure to recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding care for a loved one.
