Heritage Healthcare provide a first class service for my mum who lives at home and requires support because she has Alzheimer's.

All of the staff are professional, skilled, trustworthy, personable, kind and caring. My mum presents some challenging behaviours and can be anxious and worried, but the carers put her at ease and make her feel comfortable and safe. The carers have a warmth about them that is really reassuring for me and my mum. They treat her like their own and I feel they genuinely care that she is healthy and happy.

My mum''s needs are changing all the time and Heritage respond by listening to what she needs and updating the care package accordingly. Nothing is too much trouble.

Communications with Heritage are excellent. I see detailed notes for every one of mum's calls. I can message or call the office any time and get an immediate and helpful response. I can even drop by the office any time too.

Heritage have been excellent in caring for my Grandmother in her home. Consistent and understanding of her additional needs due to dementia. This includes the office staff and the carers. I cannot thank them enough for what they do.

Overall the carers provide a very good service especially certain carers who are passionate to care for mum. However you do get the odd couple of carers that need reminding where things should be kept. Overall the care provider to cater for mums needs even at a last minute request (if timing needs amending).

My mother's care is provided by Heritage Healthcare in Milton Keynes. The main carer is a wonderful and first class carer for my 89 year old mother. My mothers physical and mental and well being needs are so very well taken care of by her carer and Heritage Healthcare. It is the small details which are always addressed which makes such a difference. Her carer is very gentle and very bright, has a wonderful personality which our family so appreciates. Heritage Healthcare consistently provides outstanding care for my Nan. Her regular carer delivers exceptional service which is friendly, attentive and caring. The routine is secured but flexible. They make daily interactions delightful. Absolutely recommend this exceptional service.

Our experience has been good. The care workers are versatile. The boss, endeavours to do her best to meet requirements. If there are are any issues, problems, they are passed to staff and then the manager and she endeavour to communicate and sort out. The company are approachable and can be in easy reach of communication. They offer a good service. The company cater well to the needs of the client.

I progressed in my confidence very quickly and it was all down to her patience and gentle advice.

I am very happy with my carer as he has helped me throughout the last six months with my recovery from a stem cell transplant. He helps me support my children as I have a complex need by which I struggle with a lot and the carer support takes a lot of my stress away. I am extremely happy and grateful for this care as it helps me to continue to be very independent. My daily life without this support wouldn't be the same.

Staff are all polite, helpful and kind. Arrive at the correct time 98% of the time they listen to what I want to do in the morning. Could do with talking to me more.

There is so much to say, all positive. Mum has had the same carers from the start. She has built up an amazing bond with them. That's peace of mind for us. The girls are thoughtful, very caring, patient and friendly. They are professional. We have met with all the staff. On Mum's birthday, they came to sing Happy Birthday with a cake and present - amazing! They have made such an impact on Mum's life - she tells them she loves them. Any problems we may have incurred are quickly resolved along the way.

Overall we have had an amazing experience with Heritage Healthcare Milton Keynes and are extremely thankful for treating our Grandmother like they would their own. They have provided reassurance to us that real, genuine care providers do exist.

The main carer is excellent, and I am very happy with what they do. My mum is happy with her main carer; therefore, this makes my life less stressful as regards my mum.

The care my father is given is always to an excellent standard. The carers provided are really polite and always take the time to make sure my father is comfortable and happy. I couldn't fault the service or care.

This company has been the most reliable care provider. My daughter has never been let down during the time Heritage has had the contract. I provide child care for my daughter, which often involves sleeping overnight, and I feel my daughter is safe with the care provider.
