Heritage Healthcare (Milton Keynes & Hertfordshire)

The care my father is given is always to an excellent standard. The carers provided are really polite and always take the time to make sure my father is comfortable and happy. I couldn't fault the service or care.

This company has been the most reliable care provider. My daughter has never been let down during the time Heritage has had the contract. I provide child care for my daughter, which often involves sleeping overnight, and I feel my daughter is safe with the care provider.

The manager runs Heritage by putting the service users first. She has regular meetings to ensure things are all well. Any suggestions are taken on board, and she has a great team of dedicated staff. Some illnesses are very complex with difficult needs, but these are met to the best of their ability. We have had many companies, but Heritage has been the best we have had, in my opinion. Thank you.

The care manager is very responsive to any queries we have. She is happy to spend time discussing any issues we have had occasion to speak to the care manager about one of the carers who acted unprofessionally. She was quick to speak to the carer involved and took action to move her from our mum's care. This care service and it's flexibility has enabled our mumto stay in her home, where she wants to be and so has been invaluable to us.

I have no comments due to the reason I would not recommend. They are not for my family member and ourselves, it's hard when you cannot explain why so not really a review. Can say I'm looking for a new care team for the new year. Just not a good fit for us.

Heritage have provided excellent care, for my mother who is an Alzheimer’s sufferer since August. She has visits 3 times a day to tend to her everyday needs. The staff have been very attentive to Mum’s needs and clearly communicate with myself and my brother regarding my mother’s care. I would highly recommend them.

The team of ladies who look after my mother are very caring and understanding individuals who my mother really gets on with. The lady who manages the team is very understanding and caring and keeps in contact with me and lets me know of anything I should be aware of. I would highly recommend her team.
