The care manager is very responsive to any queries we have. She is happy to spend time discussing any issues we have had occasion to speak to the care manager about one of the carers who acted unprofessionally. She was quick to speak to the carer involved and took action to move her from our mum's care.
This care service and it's flexibility has enabled our mumto stay in her home, where she wants to be and so has been invaluable to us.

I have no comments due to the reason I would not recommend. They are not for my family member and ourselves, it's hard when you cannot explain why so not really a review. Can say I'm looking for a new care team for the new year. Just not a good fit for us.

Heritage have provided excellent care, for my mother who is an Alzheimer’s sufferer since August. She has visits 3 times a day to tend to her everyday needs. The staff have been very attentive to Mum’s needs and clearly communicate with myself and my brother regarding my mother’s care. I would highly
recommend them.

The team of ladies who look after my mother are very caring and understanding individuals who my mother really gets on with. The lady who manages the team is very understanding and caring and keeps in contact with me and lets me know of anything I should be aware of. I would highly recommend her team.

The COVID-19 lockdown has led many of us to review what is important to us.
Mum is now 88 and has been shielding and looked after exclusively by the Heritage Healthcare (Milton Keynes) team. They have exceeded all expectations - not just for Mum's personal care but for ALL CARE. This included a surprise
birthday party arranged by her carers - complete with balloons, hats, cake and candles - simply because we family (also high risk) were not allowed to visit and be with mum. Photos and a video of Mum on her big day were sent to us next of kin which was a delightful surprise for us all.
So - who would I recommend Heritage Healthcare Milton Keynes to?
As the team are now thought of and valued as part of the family, my husband and W would love them to care for us when our time comes. We, therefore, recommend them to all who want honest, trustworthy, kind and fun people to care for them or their loved ones.
A team willing to go the extra mile.

Job Title: Managing Director and Registered Manager Joined: 2018

Archita has a wealth of knowledge from within the healthcare industry. She has previous experience working as a Care Worker, progressing to a Care Coordinator role where she supported clients with high-quality care packages and ensured the care team provided the right service. Archita holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a post-graduate diploma in Laboratory Technology, which allowed her to gain valuable experience working in different hospitals, medical camps and blood donation camps in India. Since then, she has volunteered for the NHS as a Pathologist to help expand her knowledge and skills.


As Managing Director of Heritage Healthcare Milton Keynes, Archita is committed to delivering a home care service that is high quality, safe and responsive to support all service users.
