Heritage Healthcare is an excellent company. Well led by dedicated people who train and control the carers who are efficient, capable, pleasant and well turned out in company uniforms. The carers have regular face to face meetings with their superiors and training updates.

I was very apprehensive about having carers as I didn't want to lose my independence. I needn't worry as all the staff are caring and very helpful. I would certainly recommend Heritage to anyone who needs home care.

We are delighted with the service from Heritage Healthcare. The staff, including the managmeent have always been extremely helpful and proactive to all of my father's needs. Their attitude and friendliness is a credit to the company. It is a relief to know that his needs are catered for and we can relax in the knowledge that everything they need is dealt with.

I think it's excellent, staff always on time, helpful and supportive in whatever I choose to do. I feel that I and my family are always treated with dignity and respect. I feel I can always request extra shifts to fit around appointments. I enjoy being able to access the community, go to cinema, shopping, restaurants, etc.

I have nothing but praise for all your carers, they are so caring and patient, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The office also is a good backup, nothing seems a trouble to them, they are also very supportive, no matter what the problem.

I have received care from Heritage for 14 years. They are reliable and keep in touch with me regarding any changes. My carers are friendly and efficient. They help with all my needs and talk in a friendly, caring way, giving me companionship. They are first-rate.

Heritage Healthcare provides a first-class service. The care workers are excellent and go out of their way to provide care of the highest quality. We appreciate the fact that we have had the same carers for a long time who give their utmost support and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Our daughter's needs are very well known to them. All these things give her an enormous sense of security. The leadership and office team are very supportive and we appreciate the efforts that are made to meet our care requests each month. We were recently extremely impressed with the induction programme for a new care worker. The company wholeheartedly supported her by giving as much time as she needed to shadow so when she came to work independently, the change was absolutely seamless and we acquired another excellent team member. We cannot rate the service that is provided by Heritage highly enough, thank you to everyone.

The care we receive could not be bettered. Our carer is exemplary in every way, totally efficient at her job and genuinely caring as if she was one of the family.

My carers are excellent and there is someone in the management who is very good and caring.

I find the staff all caring and respectful. The only problem is the lunch visit at 2 pm is too late 1 pm-1.30 pm better. As a family, we are very happy with Heritage Healthcare.

Excellent, reliable and always on time.

We have experienced some teething problems in the past regarding putting to bed too early 6.20pm (too early does not like these times) after 7pm she is fine with. A couple of occasions lunch staff come at 10.50/11.10am, to give lunch but this has not happened since. A couple of times rotas have not been sent, she likes to know who is coming. Overall my mum is happy with all the staff that comes and thinks they are all lovely and chatty. Can staff when emptying the commode at the side of the bed spray round it. That's all kept in the bathroom. Just keeps it fresh, thank you.

I have always talked any problems over with my carers so that I don't have to bother the "establishment". There have been few during my nine-plus years in "care" and I have no complaints. Everything is fine.

Excellent service very polite treated with dignity all the time. Always wear personal protective equiptment. Really friendly and helpful carers always on time clean and tidy, when contacting the office there polite and helpful always sort out any difficulties straight away 5-star service.
