I am very happy with the service and all the carers are very helpful with my daughter. All the carers are lovely.
I find them very helpful when you ask them to do anything. Very good what they are doing.
My carers are very good. They are very sympathetic to the way I feel and always leave me feeling better in myself and in my personal care. They are very willing to help in any way they can and are a real asset to me and my husband.
The care I have received would be hard to beat. I am treated as a person and this makes a big difference. My wishes are met as much as possible I find the staff willing and very caring with certain expectations

Meet the Team (1)
Lisa joined Heritage Healthcare in May 2013 and was appointed as Registered Care Manager in February 2015. Lisa has a Level 5 Diploma in Management and feels that her role allows her to continually learn every day.
Lisa said: “I am motivated to provide a high quality service. It is important to make sure each individuals needs are met and we are doing the best we can for our clients.”
