Heritage Healthcare has been supporting and caring for my 47-year-old daughter for 10 years. They provide meal preparation and cooking, domestic and shopping. My daughter and ourselves are extremely pleased with their care and attention.

After receiving six weeks of service form your company we have had a complete change of heart from my parents. Previously they were apprehensive to get help from people who they didn't know and now they are completely happy with your member of staff's company. We would highly recommend the service to
anybody who is seeking help for their elders.

The care my mum receives from Heritage Healthcare is of the highest standard. Communication with carers is very good and any concerns raised are addressed quickly. She has regular carers which have helped build the trust and confidence and enable her to remain in her own home despite deteriorating eyesight.

Heritage carers do a brilliant job looking after my partner all these years. It takes the stress off me. I couldn't look after my partner without the care package in place. The girls are a lovely bunch of girls, never been let down once and the management are brilliant.

Mixed quality of carers. Good ones are first class, well trained and quickly identifying needs of service users.
First class staff; some most frequent good/attentive. Some infrequent. Others rarely ever seen, subject to complaint, appears untrained and without a clue!

Following the quick onset of dementia/Alzheimers, the client can no longer care for herself - coupled with two sessions in hospital for a mastectomy.
A trial period with carers, Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 1 hour to deal with personal care, showering and application of skin complaint creams has
been fully accepted. The nurse is now an intergral part of care/treatment, assisting the husband.
Staff have been very skilled at persuading the client to cooperate. We are planning to reduce the periods to 45mins 3 times a week.

The carers really have mam's best interest at heart. They are caring and compassionate and give me the peace of mind to be able to go to work during the day. Having consistency is really important for my mum who has advanced dementia. They also do extra homework which helps me too.

Lisa joined Heritage Healthcare in May 2013 and was appointed as Registered Care Manager in February 2015. Lisa has a Level 5 Diploma in Management and feels that her role allows her to continually learn every day.
