I sourced this company due to the name and reprsentation. But the people running the franchise called Somack Healthcare. Are unscrupolous they will promise hell on earth and screw you over for your hard earned cash. BEWARE stay away.

Since engaging Heritage Healthcare I have been impressed by their responsiveness and reliability. No visits have been missed and if a carer has been delayed getting to me they let me know they are on their way. I always feel they want to do their best for me.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professional, caring and kind service provided by Heritage Healthcare. Services were provided as promised, with excellent two-way communications. I was always kept informed and really felt we were part of a team providing care for my mother.

I was introduced to Heritage Healthcare (Hounslow and Richmond) by a very satisfied client and I continue to be very happy with my care. My husband shares the carers with me too. They are very obliging and nothing is too much trouble, we are always put first. I have been helped to get my confidence
back after coming out of hospital. They went shopping with me, we talk about families, we share recipes and they never failed to ask how we are and very especially they are good listeners. My husband and I have already recommended Heritage Healthcare to our friends.

All the carers were extremely helpful and professional. They treated one with so much care both physically and mentally. They also ensured that I could walk properly as I was a bit wobbly on my pins on 23rd May for approximately a week. The carers have also given me confidence (very important) to know
that I can cope on my own doing shopping, getting on buses etc. Best of all everyone has a sense of humour when dealing with me. I actually miss the carers and being looked after but I am glad I have got independence back. I would most certainly recommend your carers to anyone who asks.

I could not be more satisfied with my carer. He is a vital lifeline to the outside world and, indeed, to my family. I depend on him greatly and without him, could not continue to live in my own home. His care advice is always correct. He is now indispensable to my daily care.

I have found my carers to be very reliable, caring and helpful. They are cheerful and friendly and I enjoy their company. They use their initiative and don't always need to be told what to do. I have been very pleased with them.

Wholly reliable service, courteous staff. I am very fortunate to have engaged Heritage Healthcare as my exclusive carers. The management team is great and responsive. The carers are punctual and flexible.

As new clients we are impressed with the efficiency and sensitivity of Heritage Healthcare (Hounslow and Richmond) team demonstrated throughout March. My wife has a sheared cerebellum, the effects of which are unlike other brain injuries, patience is required when helping a client whose damaged brain
demands 'hibernation' and closing down of the senses and short-term memory. The team has responded flexibly and gently.
