On my first phone call with a particular member of staff I was so overwhelmed with worry about it but also with joy and excitement of all the change. She listened, was friendly, had patience and gave me confidence. I have found that the small team of people who work in the office to sort out hours, sort the payments, sort out what care I need and iron out wrinkles are just as fantastic.
All my carers are skilled, professional and just super lovely. I now have a team of 2 carers and I look forward to their visits so much. Both know me well.
