I look forward to my visits , twice a week, as they always have a smile and start straightaway, with doing their job cleaning, and if I want, a good old chat putting the world to rights while making a sandwich for lunch and cup of TEA .

Overall Experience

We have been using Heritage Healthcare now for 4 weeks for my terminally ill mum.
They have been amazing, very caring + lovely for my mum + us and always treat her with the utmost dignity at all times. Highly recommend them.

Overall Experience

Staff, are always very communicative and caring when looking after my mum. They are always very friendly, and have got to know my mums needs personally, which really helps. They keep me up to date when items are needed or errands required,. eg Doctors Samples. When all the tasks are done the carers

will often tidy up and put the washing on/away. This is a lifesaver, as I cannot do everything.
Would recommend to anyone, - the team are wonderful, thank you.

Heritage Healthcare have given me my life back!
Having been a carer myself for many years I had seen how many flaws were in the system. Employing carers was never an option for me.
I know grandad's routine, likes and dislikes inside out. How could anyone else ever look after him as well as me or

care about him like I do? And then I met the team at Heritage Healthcare! I was nervous to say the least! Despite my apprehension, the reassurance and communication was second to none!
They truly have exceeded all my expectations, go above and beyond in every way, treat Grandad with dignity and respect, adapt around his ever changing needs and offer a professional, competent service. Not only do they care about him, they care about me too and do everything they can to make both our lives easier.
Thank you for giving me my life back, allowing me to rebuild my future and for quite literally feeling like the family support I so desperately needed after being a solo carer for 6 years!

Overall Experience

Mum has some great carers. She doesn't cope well with change, and they try their best to have continuity. Mum needs encouragement to eat well and wash daily. The staff support her to do this. They try to explain to her why this is important for her ongoing health and well-being.
It's always an ongoing

and changeable situation and the staff try their best to support us and Mum.
It's difficult to accept your previously independent parent now needs a level of support. Windsor Care has helped us all navigate this.

Overall Experience

After experiencing various care agencies, Heritage Healthcare Windsor was recommended to me by a friend. Feedback is essential on how helpful we found the staff and for the benefit of others. The manager was friendly, professional and brilliant. She was able to help out at short notice and saved us

from a difficult situation. She also looked to sort out other problems and tailor the care to meet our needs. I can't thank them enough.
The staff were very kind to my mother and they were keen to learn. The manager was able to identify training needs for staff to give care to my mother as her needs were very complex. The staff were kind and encouraging. They showed compassion which for me was so important in understanding the difficulties of people being dependent on others.
I can only say that there is a good recruitment process. As a carer, the staff were very supportive and listened to my weariness from caring too. Definitely recommend. Thank you all very much.

I cannot recommend this care agency enough, my mum absolutely loves them coming in to her, making her lunch and sitting and having a chat. It has helped raise her mood and it's nice that my sister and I know she's seen someone on the days we're at work.

We recently had the pleasure of using Heritage Healthcare, Windsor for my elderly Father. Heritage Healthcare, Windsor provided a week of live-in care. I can't express enough how good the experience has been. From the very first interaction, all staff were incredibly professional, compassionate, and

attentive.
The carer assigned to my father was genuinely kind. She took the time to get to know Dad, engaging him in conversation and encouraging him to eat. It was reassuring to see how much effort she put into making Dad feel comfortable and valued.
The management team of Heritage Healthcare, Windsor was equally impressive. They went above and beyond to tailor the care plan specifically to my Father's needs. They even phoned me on Sunday afternoon to clarify a medication query.
Overall, I highly recommend Heritage Healthcare, Windsor to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable care. We are keen to use their service again.

All the carers are kind and helpful and willing to help with anything. My friend loves it when they sing with her while going about their chores. If she is a bit down they soon cheer her up and make her laugh. I would recommend your carers to anyone.

The ladies always arrive bright and cheerful. They treat me with the utmost dignity and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are compassionate and professional and keep my husband informed of any changes.

Overall Experience

My mother, aged 89, needed more help at home and after breaking her arm and spending all night in A&E, I knew I had to act quickly. I spent a good half a day doing my research and Heritage Healthcare in Windsor was my first port of call. Well, I was not disappointed. I spoke with the care manager who

made me feel at ease and I knew immediately I was dealing with the right person. Calm, professional and caring and a great sense of humour, which you do need!
Within 4 hours, the care manager was sitting down with Mum and I discussing Mum's needs and welfare and the following day we had our carers in place. Talk about action! Mum and I both felt so comfortable with the care manager and the interview was very thorough and detailed. We knew we had reached out to the right company.
Our carers are fantastic... Professional and caring but with a real human touch. We are only in our first week but I have to say, very impressed. My mum means the world to me and so nice knowing she is in safe care.

Overall Experience

The staff at Heritage Healthcare are fantastic. They are very caring and empathetic and willing to do anything they can to meet Mum's needs in the home and emotionally. The visits are never rushed and the staff take time to chat and get to know Mum well.
We are always able to contact the office team

when needed, and they have helped out at short notice for example when Mum and members of the family were unwell at the same time. Mum has even enjoyed visits out with the staff.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Windsor Heritage to others.

Overall Experience

Heritage Healthcare staff are giving my mother superb support and care and I cannot thank them enough for the way in which they look after her. They communicate well with me, keeping me informed of her day-to-day needs and how they have supported her.
She looks forward to their daily visits and I

am impressed by how observant they are and how they notice even small changes in her abilities.
Recently Heritage Healthcare organised an outing and provided one-to-one support throughout her visit to a race course. She saw the horses, had a chance to pet them, and was given afternoon tea. It was such a treat and she really enjoyed it.
Afterwards, the caregiver had some photographs printed of the event and gave them to her. In this way, she will be able to remember the event and talk to others about it. Such thoughtfulness goes far beyond that which is normally expected.

I have found the carers do a great job with my dad, they are caring and cater to all his needs and always put him at ease whenever they have to carry out the more difficult jobs in care. They always tidy up and clear everything away, they never leave him without first checking he is ok and always ask

We're very happy with the two carer's ongoing palliative care of our 92-year-old mother in challenging circumstances due to the house, Mum's needs and illness, my dog etc. They are both very thorough, gentle and kind and we certainly depend on them. The owners are extremely accommodating with our requests

for additional help on an ad hoc basis.
